Came brand new but I've had other coach purses come from Amazon used so it's a gamble. It's not that big but enough for a evening out or quick run to the stores. I can only fit my phone, keys and small wallet.

this is the perfect shade of pink! i bought the 20 because i already have the quilted tabby 26 in maple. i was itching for the smaller version of the quilted tabby’s. fyi this is real coach! i have taken all my coach bags (including the ones from amazon) to the coach store for cleanings or other stuff and they are all real. i know that some people make reviews on here saying that this isn’t real coach but it is! coach did this online amazon store for more sales and it works! it so easy for me to shop for a coach purse on here because i get it the next day. long story short you need this bag!
