These are exactly what I was looking for, my ear canals must be quite small because even the smallest tips that come with most earphones won't stay in for me and aren't comfortable. These are perfect. They come with 3 different kinds (normal silicone, 3-flanged silicone, and memory foam) which is great because then I could try the different types to see which one I liked best without buying a load of different ones separately and at much higher cost. All three styles fit me well, and I chose the normal silicone ones. They come with several pairs of each type too so now I have more than enough earphone tips to last likely the rest of my life and don't have to worry about being unable to use my headphones if I lose one tip and am waiting on more to arrive, I have plenty of spares Very happy with this purchase

What You Get: Exactly what it says on the tin.... [kind of] 2 pairs of tri-level silicone tips (approx 15mm length). 2 pairs of foam tips (10mm length). 6 pairs of short silicone tips (8mm length) [although I seemed to have received 5 and half pairs plus 1 odd matching tip) Practicality: Tri-level tips give the best seal and isolation out of the two silicone styles. The foam tips "should" give the best seal out of the three types, but the base diameter of the tip is 12mm, which, if you're buying these because you have small ear canals - then 12mm diameter foam tips are going to feel a little tight and uncomfortable. The small silicone tips have an unusually small opening at the top end once they are inserted onto your earphones. It's almost as if the stretching that occurs at the base to get it onto your earphone nozzle results in the top part closing up. This I am sure affects the audio clarity. Ironically, the odd single small tip that I received as a mismatched pair, has a far more ideal larger opening whilst having identical proportions to the other 5 pairs. Conclusion: I wouldn't call either the Tri-level or Foam tips "extra" small in size. There are certainly smaller foam tips out there. If your earphone nozzles are quite large in diameter, then the small sized silicone tips are not going to give much cushioning - its really a balance act between - fit, seal (isolation) and comfort. And since all ears and ear canals are different, these could be what you're looking for... or they might not. But at less than £6 for the 10 pairs it's worth a shot.

I have trouble keeping any ear buds in - they always fall out within seconds. The size selection included is fantastic - and I can wear my ear buds much longer now. I still have to have loops ever my ears and still have to keep adjusting the fit, but this is better than anything I have ever tried.

So comfi. Gives new life to headphones. Worth it for smaller ear canals.

Purchased these to replace the stock tips that came with the Brainwavz Delta Red IEM Earphones The smallest tips on the Delta were too large for the user. Replaced with the standard silicone tips from this kit and they fit the Delta's perfectly and the owner of the Delta's is happy. These are a little tight to put on the Delta's, but since they're silicone you just have pull and stretch. Due to the tightness, you'll never have to worry about the tips falling off. Side note: Packaged well and shipped from Texas.
