Game changer!!
The Move Baseline insoles are a game-changer for anyone seeking premium comfort, responsiveness, and shock absorption without sacrificing freedom of movement. Designed with versatility in mind, these insoles are ideal for everything from game days to all-day wear. What sets the Baseline insoles apart is their neutral support profile, making them a great choice for those who prefer a more natural feel and maximum flexibility. The lack of overly prescriptive support allows for greater freedom of movement, which I found perfect for both athletic and casual use. The standout feature is the MoveX Foam. It delivers exceptional shock absorption, reducing fatigue even during extended wear. The energy return is noticeable, providing a springy, responsive feel that enhances performance. Additionally, the foam's durability and plush comfort ensure the insoles won’t lose their shape or cushioning over time, a major plus for those who rely on consistent support. The low-profile design is another highlight. Unlike bulky alternatives, these insoles fit seamlessly into sneakers without compromising fit or adding unnecessary bulk. The zero-drop feature is perfect for anyone who values a neutral stance and closer connection to the ground, whether for improved balance during workouts or a more natural stride in everyday activities. Overall, the Move Baseline insoles are an outstanding choice for individuals seeking lightweight, high-performance insoles with long-lasting comfort and flexibility. They deliver all the benefits you’d expect from a premium insole while staying true to a minimalist and natural feel. Highly recommended!

Could not believe it
I recently tried a pair of Move insoles that have completely transformed my daily walking and workout routine. These insoles are nothing short of amazing! Before using them, I struggled with foot pain. However, these insoles have made a world of difference. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I noticed an immediate improvement. The pain in my feet vanished, and I found myself able to stand and walk for much longer without discomfort. It's incredible how something so simple can have such a profound impact on my life. Not only do these insoles help with standing, but they've also enhanced my fast walking, running, and workouts. Whether I'm on a brisk walk, a run, or hitting the gym, these insoles provide the support and comfort I need to push through my activities without any pain. I was skeptical at first, but Move insoles have exceeded all my expectations. If you're dealing with foot pain or need extra support for standing long hours and active workouts, I highly recommend giving these insoles a try. You won't believe the difference until you experience it for yourself!

My favorite insole
This is a plush insole with just the right amount of cushion. Fit perfectly into my shoes. I added these to my Nike Dunk Lows and it greatly increases the comfort. The Baseline insole doesn't have arch support, but I don't need it. If you need arch support, then I would consider the Move All Day insole instead.

Doesn’t alter fit and provides a boost in comfort.
I am quite pleased with this product. The heel cushioning improved my Reebok Club c 85s without altering the fit at all. It’s exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this purchase. Plus it was on sale. Great buy!

Zero drop and proper absorption.
They are pretty good, it has the right sponginess not too bouncy, when compressed during landing they feel very linear at shock absorption. Best of all it is zero drop, that’s up for preference but for healthier feet this is great.

Great product, poor quality control.
Great insoles both game day and baseline; only reason why I’m giving it a 2 stars is because I’ve ordered 4 insoles of M8-8.5 (baseline) from this company within last month and only received the correct time once (3 orders I received Men 10; but package says Men’s 8). They need to do better at QC to ensure customer is getting correct sizing in package.

Best thing I have found yet!
I have plantar fasciitis (but don't play sports) but do walk a lot. I purchased a sound pair of running shoes and quickly took out the insole noticing that it had absolutely nothing to offer. Side by side - these insoles at first glance are more obviously structured. After replacing them and walking all day in them, not only did they feel much different, I *NEVER* once had the typical pain during or long after walking in these soles. Up till now I would usually double up on cheap soles and try many different things - but I do believe I have found my cure for at least my walking/running & daily use tie up shoe going forward. I can honestly understand why the game players take them out and keep them before gifting their shoes to others! Definitely worth the cost of the insole! I LOVE them.

Basically an upgrade to a stock athletic insole.
Thin insole, slight upgrade for stock ortholite insoles that come in many athletic shoes. If you need thin cushion, for like a dress shoe, these would help. No support at all. Wouldn't buy for full price, on sale around 20 bucks is all I would pay for them.

Comfy insole but I can’t recommend because even my most narrow shoe was still wider than this insole. I don’t have wide feet and this insole was still too narrow that my toe got blister by going off the edge cause the insole was too narrow. But sucks because it was comfy and had to return it.

Wanted to like these because there’s a lot of good reviews for Move insoles online and I wanted a more low profile insole. But these insoles have two issues: 1. Too narrow (I can feel my foot going over the side of the insoles in sports shoes). They’re about the same width as Nike stock sneaker insoles. But if they’re supposed to be insoles for sports, they should be a little wider so there’s no gap between the side of the shoe and the insole. 2. The edges are sharper/rougher than typical insoles. Not sure if I got a defective pair but the insole rough edge cut the side of my 2nd last toe from playing basketball..
