Shih Tzuseems to like the gentle hum.comes with oil and plenty of trim heads .nail grinder head, paw head, usb cable.3mm 6mm 9mm guide attachments and more .to remove the Head( not plastic trim guide ) ,press pushat the top with thumb to rotate pivot it off.now the nail grinder head or paw head can berotated on.( the included instructions seemed slightly confusing )

works good on my poodle terrier her hair clumps over together .. these work amazing to get it off without hurting her. The noise is calming and she doesn’t flinch. like when I’ve used their clip….

Quality is okay for the price. Blades can only handle so much of thick coat before you have to turn it off and unclog but I just did a couple swipes with my dog's soft bristle brush and your back up and running. Brush that comes with it is garbage.It is fairly quiet, especially compared to my Wahl corded clippers however those are more powerful but these cordless clippers are so much easier. Guides are simple to use and so is swapping clipper heads. Haven't tried the nail file but my dog is not a fan of electric files anyway. Came 100% charged and was only down to 90 when I was done.I don't think I can sharpen these blades or replace them...not sure yet. Customer service shows a @hotmail.com address on a Chinese product so don't expect much there haha.

Easy to use. Pretty straightforward with changing the heads. Has a good grip to it. And definitely worth the price for how good it clipped my puppies hair. Good quality. It was my puppies first grooming and he stayed calm the noise was not too loud. Love that it is cordless cause it’s easier to manipulate. Removed the hair great for how long my puppies hair was. And love the size because its easy to store.

Great product.. blades are nice and sharp went right through my dogs coat no problem and he's a golden doodle so he has a very thick coat with mats that came right off with little effort.. I very satisfied with these clippers..

Small but a lot of power.

It’s not any good all the heads pop off while u are cutting the hair and flew across the floor it’s supposed to be easy to change the heads but it’s not!! I’m very disappointed
