After reading about genetics and the MTHR gene, I realized my B12 is not absorbed without B9, so I ordered this. I have been taking it for about a week now, and I also get B12 injections, but have noticed a difference already in brain fogginess. It's flavored- Robitussin-y cough syrup, but also easy enough to put a few drops in my daughter's water, as this is also for children. Her pedi said it couldn't do any harm. I have not tried that yet, but a week in, it makes a difference.

Ive purchased this a few times now. At first I was skeptical that this was just another hyped supplement but I genuinely do see an improvement in my ability to focus and be productive while taking this (and a notable regression in cognitive function when I don’t take it).My ONLY complaint is that it is most definitely not a full 2 month supply per bottle. (I have meticulously measured this over the course of several months to test it.) It claims that 1 daily dose = 10 drops and that 1 bottle will last 2 months. I only do 8 drops and still run out 1 week prior to the 2 month mark. This supplement does work, but it’s super annoying when companies aren’t honest with their labeling. I don’t know if they do this due to shrinkflation or to make it to where people have to buy more product, but just be aware that you’ll have to buy more bottles than you anticipate.

Holy freakin energy, Batman…. 😳I’ve tried methylfolate many times since I’m pretty sure it should work great for me, but I’ve never noticed any difference. Maybe they didn’t have B12?! All I know is that this stuff WORKS.I’ll preface this by saying I don’t know if I carry the MTHF gene mutation or not, but I’m neurodivergent. I’ve had genetic testing done, and nothing was mentioned about that.I first saw this brand on TikTok shop. Got it cheaper and quicker on Amazon. I’ve seen content creators say they only need 2 drops, but the directions say “10 droplets.” So, I did 10 and ZOOOOOOMED through my morning! I got so much done! I even cleaned and organized a part of my room that desperately needed it.This has become the best part of my day! Not a huge fan of the weird berry-oil flavor, but it’s tolerable. Doesn’t linger at least! I feel pretty good for about 6-8 hours. No noticeable crash. Sometimes I feel a little cracked out and my ability to focus is hard to manage; I have too many big ideas and move too quickly, lol…. Perhaps I should try a couple drops instead.I also gave my autistic kiddo some. I’m pretty sure they make a kids version, but we just did 2 drops (50 lbs, 6 yrs old). He got way too much energy at first, then leveled out after an hour. Next time, he gets ONE droplet. 😅Highly recommend trying this brand before any others. 👍🏼

I know there are many brands and prices out there, but i can say with confidence that this is a great, Organic, product. i spent my own money on it and i am just sharing my pleasurable experience from delivery to week 1 of consuming. LOVE ITTaste great, too. I got the berry flavor. very happy
