Chopped Garlic, 25 oz

We love this chopped garlic, and you refrigerate it right away after opening but the expiration date on it is around 2 yrs from now. We use garlic in the majority of our dishes, and this garlic smells wonderful and tastes superb. We will only be buying this chopped garlic from now on. PLUS, the product is to the top of the jar when you get it. The jar is completely full of chopped garlic. It's not one of those jars that is 3/4 full for the money. Very happy with this. Glad we found it.

Perfect for many dishes like soups and stews and saves the time of peeling and mincing fresh garlic that is necessary for some dishes like shrimp scampi where fresh garlic is a big part of the flavor profile. This brand rates higher than any other I could find. I bought an 8 oz jar first, and bought the 28 oz jar now.

Chopped garlic at its best and reasonably priced

I bought this when my car broke down and I didn't have a way to get to a grocery store. Compared to fresh garlic it doesn't have the bite that I am used to, and almost tastes sweet to me. Which actually ends up being really good if you are making garlic bread, or adding garlic to steamed vegetables. Occasionally when I have a garlic craving I will take a small partial spoon full right out of the bottle and each it directly as a snack. Very pleased and will buy it again when I run out, though that may be a while at the rate I use it.
