How do I get my light to light. I have adapter plugged in to wall and switch on but still no light

Hello, Did you switch the switch both ways? What does the neon tube do when you turn the switch on?

I just measured mine and the edge to edge outer diameter is 15 inches, as stated in the manufacturers description. The clock face (numbers and neon) is nominally 11.75 inches. That makes the stepped chrome outer ring nominally 1.625 inches wide. I have had my clock for 4 years and it still works and looks great. My wife and kids all like the clock.

Does the light have an on/off switch?

There is no switch. The clock is battery but rhe light is electric, plug it into a cord with off / on switch.
