High quality and perfect size.
This camera is high quality, and works, but I have trouble connecting to my phone. I just have to be careful connecting.

The best defense is to have it on video & This Camera does the trick !!
I am impressed by this tiny camera that record videos, photos or audio and comes with a clip so it can easily attach to my jacket collar or front pocket, I’ve used this as a vlogging camera and got more candid shots during conversations and interviews. I appreciated that I can turn the date & timestamp feature off & on when desired, so I don’t get that on footage I’m using for fun or to post on YouTube. The BOBLOV C18 Body Camera gives first-person, hands-free video at 1080p (30 frames per second) for excellent picture quality & sharp images. No need to carry a supply of external batteries. The built-in battery provides about 4 hours of recording time, and the ease of operation thanks to one big button on the front. Also, when it is getting low, I can recharge in under two hours. I did this from a small portable power bank when I was on a hike. Best of all it has Wi-Fi that connects to my iPhone. The installed app controls all the settings and allows me to view all the videos and photos as well as transfer them to my phone if I want to share something right away on social media. Very convenient when traveling and no need for a bulky laptop to extract footage. I teach Self-Defense courses at our local university and I often encourage students to invest in an affordable body camera like this one. This model will not break anyone’s bank and in a time of civil unrest it is always a good idea to have your own evidence. My vehicle was recently damaged in a hit & run and I was able to record the motorist’s confession on my cell phone before she drove away. I simply turned over the footage to the police and my insurance agent and it was open & shut. This mini camera is something I can leave on my person at all times since it not inhibiting or restricting at all. Plus, it has a Motion Detect option that is helpful for security purposes, like making sure property in a hotel room isn’t messed with when I’m out. I put it on a mini tripod with the help of the 1/4" thread on the bottom. Absolutely great product that’s worth its cost-effective price.

Mediocre picture quality and sound. Hard to find tome stamps.
It's mediocre picture and audio quality. No image stabilizer or night vision. Can freeze on the on setting, so you have to use reset button. Watching back footage is not simple to find a time stamp (in military time) and it often glitches and freezes upon watching back. Files aren't labeled by time, so difficult to find a particular clip. It's better than nothing but not for anything very important.

Awesome little mini camera Boblov C18
Awesome little camera and appears to be solid and well made. Really like the threaded tri-pod option. had a problem getting it to wifi connect to my iphone 14 but after rebooting my phone as mentioned in the directions it connected immediately. Video looks great. Reverse back clip is a nice option as well so that you can tuck it into your pocket and not worry about losing it.

Great camera small and light weight. Would buy again Great seller to work with
First off got first camera and with in few weeks started having problems with camera shutting off on it own with in few mins of recording. Contacted the company and they sent a new camera which took few weeks due to shipping and shortage. Received the new camera and have used last couple days with out any problem period, Great seller to work with communication very fast and friendly. Would definitely work with again. Wifi option on camera is super nice to see on tablet or phone.

Don't put yourselves though the frustration
With all the craziness of modern times some family members recommended getting a body camera. I though one that could download to phone would be a great feature and was excited to have one. Oh... what a mistake. This is absolute garbage. First it uses a mini USB. Mini not micro. I haven't used a device that used a mini USB in almost 20 years. Bad sign to start with. The device feels solid. Menu was east to navigate. App downloaded fine, but connecting via the Wi-Fi? This thing wasn't having it. I followed the instruction over and over. Reset the app. Got it to connect once. BTW the app only had the image in landscape. I don't know if you chang it because as soon as I went to the setting it dropped the connection and just kept failing after that. One connection after dozens of tries I boxed it up and shipping it back. Look for something else. Even if it's a little more expensive or doesn't have the Wi-Fi novelty. Just whatever you decide skip this one it isn't worth the frustration.

Disappointing. At £90 it’s quite a lot for a piece of kit that feels like it belongs in the early 1990’s. My first gripe is how you actually wear it. It comes with a detachable clip, but you need a piece of clothing to clip it to that won’t sag, won’t flap about and allows the cam to stay pointing forward at an upright angle. Sounds simple but in reality it’s really difficult! Walking causes the image to judder about as there is no image stabilisation. I found I was getting a very shakey playback picture that gave a view at odd angles. Build quality feels quite cheap. It has an oled screen on the front. This is not for playback, it just shows the current status and allows you to scroll through various menus. It feels like a mini version of the Nokia 3310 from the 90’s! I almost expected ‘snakes’ to appear on the menu! Having said all that, the image quality is pretty good. It’s very much for close up encounters, seeing things that happen in the distance is not very good. And there’s always that image judder! There’s a button on the side to turn the device on/off, and a big button on the front to start/end recording. Pretty simple to operate. I won’t review other functions such as photo taking - it’s a bodycam so video is what’s important. Now for the biggest problems - playback of your recordings. You can connect the camera to a smartphone app via wifi (not Bluetooth) and view your recordings (which are stored in 5 minute long files - so an hour’s recording will be stored in 12 x 5 minute files). But watching the playback is all you can do on your phone. It does not allow you to do anything at all with the files. You cannot share to social media, you cannot save them on your camera roll, you cannot email or transfer them. They are stuck on the app and all you can do is watch them. That, I think, is pretty poor for a modern device. To use the saved files in any way you have to connect the device to a laptop/PC with the lead provided, and download to a movie player etc. Even then the files are not easy to use. Not convenient and not quick to do. This is very very disappointing and pretty much renders the device incapable of doing what I got it for - quickly replaying and sharing captured incidents. I’m left feeling disappointed that I paid a high price for a something that feels old and doesn’t do the job I want from it. I wouldn’t feel as hard done by if I’d paid around the £40 mark as that’s what it’s probably worth.
