I recently got this cooler for my mom and she loves the product. The product has very clear and easy to follow instructions. This is her first time getting a product of this type and she loves it. The cooler is great for storing meds when you are traveling for long periods of times and is a great size. It allows her to fit all of her meds with ample space. The case is durable and strong, so there isn't a worry of the meds getting damaged in the process. Also, the case has an extensive battery life that keeps the case cooled and at the perfect temperature to store any meds.

Great product and fantastic company/customer service! I use this for when traveling for my insulin and other medicines I have that need to be refrigerated. This is great cause I can plug it in while driving and then when getting to hotel or if flying I can use the battery pack it comes with to keep it cold. There is also an ice pack you can use for shorter time frames. Love that I can see what temperature is at, at all times. Very important for my meds. I did have a small issue w my cooler and the company immediately sent me a new one and sent it fast! They were also incredibly kind and efficient. I definitely recommend this product and company.

The right-angled USB-C charging cable included with this cooler worked for only two weeks before failing. The contacts in the connector must have been damaged or were making poor contact, which caused the cooler to power-cycle rapidly (on/off every millisecond). When I returned, I found the cooler malfunctioning and completely off. The temperature numbers were faintly flickering a faint red ring was also flickering around the display. Upon plugging it back in, the temperature on the display read 80°F, I opened it up, and it was actually much hotter inside. I am so upset. This failure completely RUINED my expensive medication, costing me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. Extremely disappointing! To make matters worse, I cannot find any direct contact information for the manufacturer. I’ve emailed the seller and will update if I hear back, but EVEN if they respond, they cannot replace my medication or reimburse me for the real loss. So... Idk. I had high hopes for this product, but given this failure, I cannot recommend it.

This product keeps your meds cool in three ways: insert a frozen pack, plug into USB port or plug into power pack. On a recent trip I found the second two methods invaluable. Overseas travel with lots of hotels, does not lend itself to freezing tubes. I did experience a minor issue with the power pack, but the company's customer service was so great that they stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. Absolutely no hassle either.

This came in really nice packaging and instructions, it could be a nice gift. I purchased it to transport supplements for health purposes. The canister will cool for 40 hours, more than I will ever need. It is TSA approved, giving me peace of mind. Well built and feels very durable. The size works great for me and it works really well.

This has been great - I mainly use the simple thermos feature to transport meds on 7-10 hr trips at 35-40 degrees (the thermos will stay cool longer). it fits 4-5 Enbrel injectors (5 is a tight fit). I carry the cooling cap and battery as well, but so far that's been mainly for peace of mind, in case I'm delayed and can't find a fridge. The cooling cap does work, but it's just not practical or needed on a flight/trip under 12 hours. It's given me a lot of peace of mind. I even use it picking up meds at the pharmacy now so they don't heat up too much on the 30 minute trip home. It really is a game changer. They will flag it at airport security. I usually take it out before sending my bag through the scanner. At a larger airport, they've seen similar before and this goes quickly - a couple of minutes. At a smaller regional airport where they don't see as much, this has delayed me by as much as 20 minutes getting through TSA security (requiring them to call multiple supervisors). So, something to keep in mind if you're traveling with this set-up. The issue has been more with the simple thermos, since it has a temperature sensor which hangs down on a wire into the body of the thermos and can raise alarms with inexperienced agents. It has never not been allowed through, just taken some time. This is on domestic US flights. If this is an issue for you or you are carrying meds through airports a lot, a more simple thermos/gel insert arrangement without the temperature sensor may be better for you.

stays cold in the car not too big

This product is a shame. The battery and electrical apparatus useful or even needed. The only way the apparatus works is through freezing the provided insert. There is no room for meds with the electronic insert lid. the container works only with the frozen insert. A waste of money to pay for electronics that are useless in its intended purpose. No not waste your money on this product.
