Can you get half caff pods in larger quantities?

How much caffeine is there per cup?

I can’t answer that, but I am sensitive to caffeine, and it usually makes me shake. I make 12 ounces with one Kcup. It helps me to stay alert during the day, and I have not had any adverse reactions. It has a good flavor as well. Not as weak as many of the low acid coffees.

I don't find a tab on the pods, is the coffee in these compostible?

It is a plastic cup.. you would have to peel foil top off and scoop out coffee to put in a compost pile
