It hard to describe how amazing this stuff is. It's packed with flavor - almost like spreading Pataks red curry paste, but without being gritty and harsh. It has a smooth, oily texture, and a unique flavor mixed there that I can't quite put my finger on. Mixing it with the garlic variety is great, and spreading it on toast with sliced avocado (like is shown in the picture) is mind blowing.
