Do they have the phone pocket built into the leg?

Yes I purchased 2 pair of khaki and they do have the tech zipper pocket. My husband loves these for work pants. The stretch fabric makes them comfortable and less likely to rip at the knees than 100% cotton work pants.

Do these shrink at all during washing/drying?

I have not had any problems with shrinking. They have been through several washes.

are these light weight material or heavy weight?

They are light but durable i used them for work and they have held up really good

I’m seeing reviews showing a phone pocket and some saying they don’t have it. Which answer is correct?

I just received a pair on 11-2-21 and they do not have a tech pocket. But tbey are nice for the price.
