UK Masquepen 1 oz

I love the thin spout on this masking fluid. It enables incredible control in placement on your art piece. The top design is perfect so there is no clogging.

This was a hot mess when it arrived. The bottle had leaked and a fair bit of the masking fluid had dried. But I needed to use it right away so after clean up, it seemed to work fine. It was shipped from Jerry’s Art-a-Rama via plane and the air pressure smooshed it.

Its perfect! I finally got it after seeing heikala use it in her paintings and it works amazingly! It dries quick and comes off easily! NOTE ONLY WORKS on thick 100% cotton dry water color paper, if it isnt watercolor paper or 100% cotton itll rip the paper, and the paper needs to be dry not wet and to remove it once the fluid dries

It seems to do what it is supposed to do. However, unfortunately I did not open or try to use the product when I first received it, not until about 6 weeks after receiving it. When I opened it up the product had dried it the dispenser top, and I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to unclog the tip so I could use it.

I use these for watercolor/ink projects, it offers great control with a slightly angled tipped nib. I like this because it is slightly tinted and dries green. It does not clog as it provides a cap with needle to clean out/ preserve the nib. Applies like liquid, dries like gel. Use any hard edged object like the end of your brush or anything that won't scratch or smudge your art and lightly rub off the gel. This will not rip your paper at all. I was directed to this brand through another artist and it works very well as a mask for ink projects. Ink will not seep through the gel, it leaves the paper underneath perfectly white. Highly recommend!

Works okay. The mask works well but I purchased it in this form (and paid more) because it is supposed to come out in a thin line. Comes out in clumps. I use a small brush and that works but I will try something different next time.

It works exactly as expected

I wanted to love this so badly! When I got it, however, the liquid had hardened in the cap and I couldn't use it. I spent like an hour trying to clean it out with a needle, and it worked for 1 project. When I went to use it again I ran into the same problem, but this time I can't clean it properly because the packaging is now messed up. So yeah, not worth it.
