how much sugar is in a package of shirataki noodles?

They are completely sugar free. There are 3 mg of carbs, 2 of which are dietary fiber

I have tried a few brands and didn't love. Are these returnable if I cannot stomach them?

I would have to say everyone is different. I love these noodles! I would first find out if you can return the unopened bags before purchasing. I highly recommend as an alternative to pasta noodles or rice.

Does it have to be refrigerated?

Nope. Not unless it’s been opened.
