Great book!!

Bought this book for a friend and he loved it. Even as a gentleman who is not big on cooking he immediately jumped in and made a few desserts. He did find it a challenge to get the correct portions to ensure they were not too potent but I imagine he will get there with practice. This is not “my type” of cookbook but I fell in love with cookbooks ever since I was a little girl in my grandmother’s kitchen and this one is visually a gem! I loved the full color pictures, variety of options and overall quality. I was excited to gift this! I will defer to others to review the quality of the finished products…can’t help you there :).

Every recipe is an absolute delight. Removing the negative stigma associated with cannabis, Stephanie Hua and Coreen Carroll bring cannabis cooking to the next level and exactly where it should be - sophisticated, chic and DELICIOUS. I cannot wait to gift this book to all the cannabis lover-chefs I know! The concentration on low dose small bites is the perfect introduction for any novice and keeps anyone like me (high tolerance, big appetite) under control. I highly recommend this book and the recipes across the board!

Recipes were great and easy to follow

This is a VERY high (hehe) quality book, here folks. Nice think glossy pages, durable hard cover, and just all around nice in design. It has not just recipes but helpful hints and tips. Its a great book to have if you are into baking but also something PERFECT for a coffee table conversation piece.
