I'm a size 18 in womens clothing and the large size fits perfectly though I recommend wearing underwear on top of them to smooth out any lines and for extra comfort.

Bought on repeat for elderly mum . Very good and dependable . Very few leaks unless she hasn't changed them enough . Which we keep telling her about . My only suggestion to the manufacturer is please could you use a nicer deodoriser in them. It's an odd smell which isn't unpleasant but always there and it's now a constant smell which you can't unsmell If that makes sense .
