You get what you pay for!
classic case of getting what you pay for. Dont cheap out, get this surge protector. Most importantly for me, this surge protector has a very nice thick power cord thats very durable but still has some flexibility. It doesnt have too much heat buildup. I use this with a 1200w power supply for a PC along with an audio interface and a monitor. While I wouldnt push it much further than that, it handles those items very well and doesnt build up too much heat in the lines. HOWEVER, as with any 120v power, there is heat build up. If you are using this protector for heavy power draw, MAKE SURE it has room to breathe, that goes for ANY protector or extension cable. I have a wire/surge protector holder basket that hangs and mounts to the bottom of the back of my desk, this allows it to have plenty of air to breath. ALSO, if you are plugging this into an outlet for heavy power draw, make sure to ONLY plug in this surge protector to the outlet, do not use the other plug, even if it is 20A!They also make a smaller outlet fitting one that has 6 plugs in the same format/style.

Rock-solid power supply that lasted over 10 years
After nearly 11 years of reliable service, I can't believe I'm only now replacing this power brick. Bought it back in 2014 for $25, and it's been quietly doing its job ever since - until recently when it started making a slight buzzing noise from the LED. Even then, it still works perfectly fine; I'm just being picky about the sound. The build quality is impressive - it's survived multiple moves, countless plugging and unplugging, and probably a few accidental yanks of the cord. For the price point and longevity (seriously, 10+ years!), this has been one of the most reliable electronics purchases I've ever made. The only reason I'm replacing it now is the minor LED buzz, which honestly most people probably wouldn't even notice. If you're on the fence about this power supply, just go for it - there's a good chance you'll forget you even own it until you realize years later that it's still quietly powering away.

Here’s why I highly recommend this product:Versatile Outlets: The power strip features a total of 12 outlets, with 8 rotating and 4 standard outlets. The rotating outlets are particularly useful for accommodating bulky adapters and plugs, allowing for a more organized and efficient use of space. This design ensures that you can plug in multiple devices without any obstruction.Long, Sturdy Extension Cord: The 8-foot cord is robust and offers plenty of reach, making it easy to position the power strip exactly where you need it. The sturdy build of the extension cord provides confidence that it can withstand frequent use and potential wear and tear.Excellent Surge Protection: This Belkin power strip offers reliable surge protection, safeguarding your valuable electronics from power surges, spikes, and lightning strikes. It provides peace of mind, knowing that your devices are protected against electrical damage.Build Quality and Design: The overall build quality is top-notch. The power strip feels solid and well-constructed. The sleek design and neutral color allow it to blend seamlessly into any room or office setup.Convenient Features: The inclusion of a right-angle plug helps keep the cord flush to the wall, saving space and preventing it from sticking out awkwardly. Additionally, the power strip comes with mounting holes, making it easy to install on walls or under desks for a cleaner setup. One Minor Issue: The only small drawback is that the rotating outlets can sometimes be a bit stiff to turn. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall benefits and functionality of the power strip.ConclusionOverall, the Belkin Surge Protector Power Strip with 8 Rotating and 4 Standard Outlets is an excellent choice for anyone needing a reliable and versatile power solution. Its superior surge protection, durable design, and convenient features make it a must-have for both home and office use. Despite the minor issue with the rotating outlets, its performance and practicality far outweigh this small inconvenience.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)I highly recommend this power strip for its quality, functionality, and value for money.

I'm a Belkin Girl
We have Belkin surge protectors throughout our home. I love this brand, because when you plug into a Belkin , you know your electronics and home are safe. The weather today is increasingly extreme with each storm we get so when electrical storms arise at the rate we now get them, we don't worry about our electronics sparking a fire in our home. Belkin shuts that possibility down. So, yes you may have to buy another Belkin when it does it's intended job of soaking up all that extra charge, but your home and electronics will still be standing when the storm passes. I first learned about Belkin at work with the IT dept. The IT dept swears buy Belkin too, so I decided to give Belkin a try and I'm so glad I did.
