These are the best B Complex supplements I’ve ever taken. They are easy to swallow, dosage is good, no odor, very effective. They never gave me an upset stomach ever and the sleep quality I get was so good. I was having problems sleeping, not any more. These were a lifesaver.

Gpt thinks it's neurotoxic at these levels, and it makes my pee neon all day, so I'm opening a capsule into a quart sized jar with lemon water, maybe some ginger juice or honey with it, and drinking 1/4 of the liquid per day, effectively having 1/4 of one capsule at a time this way. Keeping it refrigerated and using within a few days. Shaking each time. Might just recapsilize with smaller caps if I get tired of breaking it up this way. Anyway, good value considering the concentration, just don't overdo it. :)(Again, seems to be 4x the safe limit for one of the ingredients, says gpt, so take with a groan of salt...but my kidneys worked extra hard today so I don't doubt it's a bit much 😂)

This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body.The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!
