I bought this for my dad for Christmas and it won’t keep the time. Don’t waste your money.

Aug 27 per instructions just wind it every morning at the same time but I noticed the date and time also having a problem see attached video and you will be able to see whats happening. As I was trying to get the date and time back to Wed the 27th seems thats ain't happening date changes at midnight and the day changes between 3 and 6 AM oh and occasionally after it advanced to thenext day sometimes it will advance a second day .. but try to get answers or help you will just get tossed over to AI generated suppose to fix all with zero customer service. Bought a 40 dollar Timex to replace. Aug 5 2025 this is 2 days later from my last post ZERO reply from the company only AI generated fixes that DO NOT work on a poor qaukity watch we paid over 100 dollars for. So much for getting my dad something nice. And it looks like I am out 100 dollars for a nice looking piece of garbage as I told someone yesterday this watch isnt even 6 months old if I am going to lay out anymore money it certainly wouldnt be anything towards this watch. I will save up and invest in another brand and company. Aug 2025 the watch has pretty much quit working. I have followed all instructions that have been automatic replies. July 2025 and the watch already is losing time and trying to get help has been a fruitless effort Done followed all the instructions Well it looks good in the box but wow resizing is a major pain have to take it in. Now I have to find a jeweler to resize it is not easily done with the cheap tools pre bent tools they sent and the poorly written instructions microscopic booklet. Never had such difficulty putting in pins when taking sections out of a watch before..not impressed So that's what you get for an out of the box review. Have no clue of it keeps time or not. My dad Still can't wear it

Stopped working after 3 months, and no response from company after trying to contact them three times.

This watch is very, very nice. I love it, I was extremely disappointed when I had to re-order it because after 3 months it just stop working completely. I've been waiting on a refund when all I wanted to do was exchange it for another one 😤 but, again it's a very, very nice watch. I will be keep you in the loop if it happens to stop working again.
