This memory foam knee pillow is made of soft outside cover material and construction fits well within the knees for side sleepers. Cover is easy to take off and wash as needed. Adjustable strap is useful addon as it helps to keep the pillow in place. After months of use, the pillow has still retained its shape and does not give any heating effect while sleeping.

This knee pillow helps my lower back soooo much! I had a different one that was much smaller and after about a year my knees were practically touching so I tried this out solely based on the fact it has a leg strap and looked thicker. I love the size and it’s thick enough to feel relieve on my hips and back. The design is great and has kept its shape very well though I have t had it very long so we shall see! I absolutely love the support this pillow gives me!

I do like this knee pillow but sometimes it will slide down so i have to readjust it. It's soft covering feels good the button seems sturdy.

I bought this for sciatic nerve pain followings recommendation from my doctor. I’m a side sleeper and this has helped a lot. The memory foam has that slow, spring-back feel (supportive without feeling like a brick) and the size is right so my knees and thighs are both supported. The wide strap is the hero here; I toss and turn and it still stays between my knees until morning. Cover zips off easily and washed fine. After a couple of weeks, I have much less morning leg/back pain. Exactly what I needed - I should have bought it sooner
