Easy as rip,eat- done.
This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

Pleasant Surprise Tastes Great and Convenient
These honey sticks were a pleasant surprise. The cinnamon flavor pairs really nicely with the honey, and the shilajit isn’t overpowering at all. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they ended up being easy to enjoy and not medicinal-tasting. I also love how convenient they are—perfect for tossing in a bag or having on hand when you want a quick boost without any mess. The quality feels solid, and the organic honey really comes through. I would definitely purchase these again and recommend them if you’re curious but hesitant to try shilajit.

pretty good
It's pretty good and I think it does help with energy, the only reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because I bought the caramel honey sticks, and it's a little too sweet and the after taste is not very good. But besides that it is good and it does help with my energy.

Not tasteful at all!
This was absolutely disgusting. The taste was extremely gritty and thick and not at all what was expected.

Gritty and not honey liquid
So I ordered some before from Tiktok, and it was the original flavor. Came in the form of liquid honey, so it was alright, but tasted bad. This order of Carmel flavor is gritty and tastes decent. I know this stuff helps with energy, so it is effective, but why did it come in gritty like it sat for months before getting to me? Disappointed. Smell is good, size is alright, and the cost was not exactly what I would normally spend, but it does work so it is worth.
