For retail use may not matter. But if you’re buying for personal use like myself; quantity may be too much since we don’t know how long it’ll remain fresh.

I ordered this item for my business, thinking I was getting the little square packets. They sent me the dippers instead. I didn't think much of it. I just chose to keep them. Then a couple of weeks later my ketchup went dark brown. The taste was incredibly bad. I realized that I was sent this ketchup because it was about to expire. I had to trash over 700 packets of ketchup and buy a new box from French's. If you buy the packets and get the dippers, send them back immediately. I will not be purchasing again.
