Well, I HAD bed bugs, HAD....
This stuff is amazing! Understand though, this will not kill them overnight. I was using Permethrin 10, and that kills bed bugs but only if you hit them directly, that is it. Plus, Permethrin leaves a smell that I think they can smell, and they avoid it. Temprid does not, and they walk through it, and they are done. Plus, this leaves a residue that will kill them for months. I started out with my son sleeping in the living room while I began treating his room, I sprayed this stuff everywhere using 16 ML solution for the first few treatments, I was seeing dead bugs every day but still seeing live ones for several days. I then moved him back into his room after 7 days not seeing bugs for at least 2-3 days. About 10pm each night (it only recommends spraying once a week, but I am impatient and wanted faster results), I went in and sprayed the base boards (I thought they were hiding in the wall, and I was correct!), I mean, I sprayed under the base boards using a stream nozzle, and misted up the wall about a foot. With him in the room, they now had something to go after (HIM!) and they walked through this stuff and died. I treated this way everyday for the first week he was in there, and saw several dead ones on the floor next to the bed and baseboard; he never got a single bite. Now, I just spray once a week, and I have not seen a bug in weeks. I use 8 ML every week and I treat the entire house to make sure I kill all of these nasty things. For the mattress, I treated it with Temprid on the seems and sides of the mattress, let them dry, and put them in an encasement designed for bed bugs along with DE powder inside. I took them out of the encasements at least two times and retreated the mattress just to be sure. Are the encasements necessary? Maybe not, but it at least slows them down when you are getting started as everything says 75% of the bugs come from the mattress. He has wooden bunk beds, so I also sprayed the entire bed when I had the mattresses off as well. Bed bugs do not come out every day, so it takes time to get all of them, and while this is going on, you run the risk of spreading them around the house. I also bagged up everything in his room in plastic bags when I got started, and if I could wash it and dry it on high temp, I did that, otherwise it got "hot boxed" on my car with the heater on while it was 90+ degrees outside, and this worked great. If you do not want to box up everything, that is fine, but you can see your results better and faster with everything out of the room, sans the furniture, I left all of the the furniture in the room and treated each one for the first 2 weeks as well. If you can get your hands on a high temp steamer, do that as I think it will kill all of them under the carpet right away and you will probably see faster results. Also, use climb-ups, I did not cause of his bunk beds, that is not really possible, but something to consider. Oh, and Temprid SC kills the eggs too, and if it does not, the residue kills them, I haven't seen a baby bug since I started spraying. These little guys can hide really well, make not mistake, if you get these guys in your home, it is a war, and with Temprid SC, you CAN win it, just not overnight. I HIGHLY recommend Temprid SC for bed bugs. Oh, one last note, when I had left over Temprid after spraying the house, I sprayed some in the garage to see if it would kill the palmetto bugs I get in there. Guess what? After using Permethrin for years, (with success), I was seeing dead bugs all over the place and wondering what is killing them...That would be Temprid SC! Only CON of this stuff: Delivery takes upward of a week, and that seems like a month when you have bed bugs, and this stuff is NOT cheap at all, but WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!

if you have bed bugs you need this product
If you have bed bugs -- Don't waste your time and sanity trying other products. After completely exhausting myself trying other products I finally broke down and called a pest control company. They charged me 100$ to spray beds, headboards and any other place bed bugs could live. To guarantee full extermination of the bed bugs they would require 4 treatments (once every two weeks 3 times then one time a month after that). After the first treatment and waking up to no more bites I was convinced. Luckily for me they wrote the name of the pesticide used on the invoice. Thanks god for Amazon. Sure enough I was able to find this professional grade pesticide for relatively dirt cheap. I have now sprayed 4 times using the schedule noted above and can happily say I have no more bed bugs. Better still, this single bottle is enough to spray my entire house 1000x.. Literally. The label also says it's effective for basically any kind of insect (roaches, ants, spiders) so I am definitely getting my money's worth. I rarely write reviews but felt obliged to spread the word on this one. If you have bed bugs you absolutely need this product.

Dean - Colorless and Odorless, Ants & Spiders GONE !!!!!
This is the best Insecticide out there especially for ants, spiders, bedbugs and others in and around your home. The description on this and most AD say "Not For Sale in CA" is an old label. I have check to find out that "Wednesday June 24, 2009 TEMPRID® SC INSECTICIDE RECEIVES REGISTRATION IN CALIFORNIA". Therefore it is now legal to use in CA. I used to have major problems with ants and spider cause my home is about 40yrs old. I have been hiring a local pest control company for the past 4 yrs to come out and spray for ants and spiders in and around my house. The first 2 times they spray the inside and outside of my home 3-4 months apart. But after they came out the 2nd time, I no longer have a problem. I have called them to come out once every 4-5 months once I see spiders again after that. The technician finally showed me the bottle he has been using and it is called "Temprid SC 400ML BA1015." He told me that I needed a license to go to the local Pesticide Store to purchase it. He said this is the best product out there for professional like them. It is also one of the most expensive, but it works. I know because they have been using on my property for the past 3 yrs if not longer. My advice is to read the label before use. It give you instruction how and where to use the product. I purchase a Pesticide/paint mask to wear when using along with a "Smith 190216 2-Gallon Max Contractor Sprayer With Heavy Duty 18-Inch Wand" to spray. I no longer have to pay $80 each time they come out. I have a 1,800 Sq Ft. 1 story home with a 8,000 Sq Ft lot. I use 2 gallons each time I spray. I mix 16ML of pesticide per Gallon for long lasting residue so I don't need to re-spray often. I now just spray around the outside perimeter only. If you do the math this bottle will last me 12-13 use =3-4yrs of use to save me about $900.00.

Miracle!!
Ok, we started battling bedbugs for some reason and tried EVERYTHING from the store that claimed would kill bedbugs! It was not a bad infestation, I think we had caught it early on but something needed to get done! I was losing all hope with the products I was buying; i was considering on having terminix take care of the problem. After hearing their RIDICULOUS rates, I changed my mind and just decided to look up what products professionals use. I ran into temprid and it changed my life!!!! Sprayed this stuff everywhere!!! Literally all over the walls and everything. To my surprise, NO SIGN OF BEDBUGS AFTER THE FIRST TREATMENT!!! I'm telling you, this stuff works!! No more sleepless nights. DO NOT spend your money on some wack terminix representative that just wants your money. The worker that had came to my house was so pushy on trying to make his sale smh. I will not regret this product.

Wow
I installed 4 flood/security lights and had been having issues with spiders in the vicinity of the lights for over a year.. Lots of spider webs and black spots on my siding from the bugs' fluids kept me busy spraying and cleaning. Regular insecticides lasted only temporarily and the spiders kept coming back. I accidentally learned about this product on a lawncare video on YouTube and decided to look into it. With so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance. This stuff is great. I applied it around the perimeter of my house both on the ground and the facia around the house. It's been several months and I have not seen bugs of any kind around the house. I highly recommend it.

Great product, but be very careful!!!!!
Great product, but WATCH out for the protective seal when you open the cap. Temprid seems to have made a poor quality protective seal (glue was not a "peeling" type, just stuck on the rim. It should be like the one on a ketchup bottle, or jelly/jam plastic squeeze bottle. When you take the cap off you will see this protective seal (which is good, you don't want it to leak, etc., so I get it). But on both sides I tried using just my gloved hands to use the tab to peel it off and both sides ripped. So... ...I had to use a tool to punch a hole in the seal and rip it out (needle nose pliers). But now, I have a few drops of this concentrate on my pliers--which is not good. So be careful because if you have to rinse something off from handling this concentrate, you NEED to be outside. 8-16ml of this stuff creates 1 gallon of highly potent insecticide, so a few drops on your pliers IS toxic to your household, If you wash it your pliers off you better keep the water running for a bit! The point is, it's a concentrate so make sure every drop goes into the sprayer and is diluted and nothing (not even a few drops) spill into your house because, if you have children or pets, you'll never be sure that you cleaned that spill completely even after washing multiple times. Of course this was all my mistake. I'm a rookie at pest control, this is NOT Temprid's fault. But Temprid should make the package seal glue properly, so it will "peel" off when pulled on when a person is wearing protective gear. That was really my only complaint against this product.

My house is bug free :)
Kissing bugs are an extreme parcel and I've been quarreling them for over about a month and a half at this point. Started with a few "characteristic" items; one guaranteed a fourteen-day leftover however you expected to apply it consistently so how might you tell. I additionally utilized diatomaceous earth which appeared to be acceptable in principle yet now approach to know it's the impact. Temprid was a progressively "atomic" alternative as it should have a three-week remaining however the danged bbs continue striking me consistently. I've diminished the numbers drastically yet not killed them with Temprid as I'd trusted. I as a rule splash them for a couple of moments and they'll quite moving. The leftover keeps going fourteen days, however, I showered week by week. My flatmate totally plagued his stay with kissing bugs and didn't let me know until they spread to my room and the lounge chair. Certainly the most exceedingly awful pervasion I have ever needed to manage. In the wake of splashing week by week, it just took me barely a month to dispose of them. I've proceeded onward to my fourth and fifth endeavors at taking out the danged things. The more I read the more I trust it isn't the ineffectualness of the item as much as it is the adjustments of the bug I am battling.
