This thigh exercise is an easy assemble. I’m so glad that I purchased this product. At first glance, I thought it was hard to use it. But no, it was conveniently easy to do workout effectively. You can easily adjust the resistance and intensity to your preference. I love the LCD counter to track down my workout. It was versatile to strengthen your legs, thighs and upon using it at my arms, I could feel likewise the tightness on my belly which was awesome. I have been using this daily since it arrives and my body keeps getting better. This is now a part of my workout routine. This is a good addition to our other exercise machine but the things I love was its portability, as it can be use anywhere without using a bigger space. The paddings are comfortable and adjustable as well. This product is of good quality, sturdy and definitely serves its purpose. Great gifts for workout enthusiast.

I would actually give this maybe 4.7 and that would be for the comfort of the leg pads when you use the machine standing up, it would be better if there was a little more cushion, or it went out all the way to the edges. Otherwise I give this a five star review. It is easy to put together and works great. You can feel it working right away. It can be brought anywhere. You can do it while you’re standing, laying down, even sitting in a chair. I think it is a great product. It seems to be good quality and an excellent buy for such a low cost. I would definitely recommend buying this product..

I sit a lot throughout the week, so I've been looking for ways to still get my daily exercise in. I have a mini bike under my desk, but I've used this the most since getting it a few days ago since it's so easy to carry with me from spot to spot. It comes with surprisingly good instructions and is super easy to assemble. The only things to note are the resistance is in kg (not lbs, but easily fixed with a converter) and make sure you are doing the exercises properly to get the full correct count of reps. I look forward to seeing the benefits of long term use!

When I first got it, I thought it was going to be a pain to put together. I was wrong, it’s so easy, and the size of it makes it perfect for travel. It’s definitely a huge improvement over the old time blue one ( I won’t name) . I can already tell a difference since using it. This one won’t sit and collect dust like the other one.

useless, painful, pointless, a waste of money. I would return it but it's too much effort. Just get a thighmaster or something because this is not going to help anyone.

The first thing I love about this is the size. It's very portable and easy to take from room to room, or even for travel. It comes disassembled, but it's very easy to put together. It's great for any fitness level.
