This is the perfect ball for trigger point release. The hardness is good, the slightly rough texture doesn't hurt the skin but helps with gripping the skin so it doesn't slip while moving the trigger point. Very good, cost-effective product for those with myofascial pain.

Great value for money, been using for about 3 weeks now. Sturdy, doesn’t slip and is incredibly helpful for relieving tension in the back, neck, wrist etc

If your riding a scooter on daily basis buy this one & give massage to your lower back for 10-15 minutes with this ball. You will feel good.

I thought it will not be that hard but it is quite hard. Yet it really massages the tissues well. I purchased it to massage my shoulder blades as i have knots issue and this really helped.
