Can this product use 230V supply voltage?

The power input is micro USB so if you have a 230V to standard 5V micro USB it should work.

Can I be completely sure it will not damage the aids with rechargeable batteries?

It will not harm them and was recommended by the hearing aid manufacturer

is this safe to use with Jabra Enhance plus?

Yes! Jabra recommends the Lux for drying. I use it for my Jabra hearing aids. No problem!

Will this product dry out the hearing aids if I accidently wear the aids in the shower?

This depends upon your hearing aids. Mine are supposed to be rather water resistant. I went snorkeling wearing them for a few minutes in the water before I discovered them. They were totally inoperative. After running several cycles wtih this product they worked fine and still work fine.
