A great robo-vac. Cleans 150sq ft of flat (6 rooms) in one shift and always makes it to its charger. Cleans in a systematic and thorough pattern. * Cleans carpets very very well * Needs the mop functionality to do such a good job on hardwood floors (does a very decent sweep, no bits left behind, but does leave what seems like a very fine layer of dust without the mop) - the mop does work well. * It won't quite get in absolutely all of the corners, but I'm used to that with others I've had and just do a v quick brush before it starts It does get stuck in just one particular place... It's big chunky wheels mean it can climb over a 1-inch square metal bed-base and then clean beneath the bed (great!), but 3 times out of 5 it can't climb back over it (it has a cunning technique of turning slightly sidewards to make the attempt, but 3/5 it can't quite manage the feat - I'm always a little sad for it when it's still sat there bleeping when I get in from work!) Overall, can't fault it. Robust, efficient, great cleaning power and makes short work of 150-sq-ft which takes it "around an hour". Highly recommended.

I'm loving this Roborock! I've previously owned a Roomba cleaner and this is so much better: quieter, cleans better and mops too. The mapping is great and sensor senses when items are in the way. I've used it about 6 times and mopped once and I'm very happy with it. I set it up, go for a walk and when I'm back, my floor is clean! Cheaper than a cleaner!

Amazing entry-level vacuum - it doesn't replace a normal vacuum, but now I only have to run the big vac around every 2 weeks! Relatively easy top set up and connect to the app. The mopping function leave a bit to be desired as its not a rotating mop head, but I didn't buy it for the mop functions so it does the job.

I’ve spent a long time looking for the right vacuum for my 2-bed flat, which has rugs, carpeted bedrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. After loads of research, both with AI and manually watching endless review videos, I landed on this one and it’s spot on. I was moving on from the Neato D7, which had a D-shape and a large roller brush that I absolutely loved. But since Neato shut down and support vanished, I had to find an alternative. I was worried this wouldn’t pick up as well on carpets, but it’s actually just as good, maybe better. The dual rubber roller brushes do an excellent job of pulling lint and deep-set dirt out of the carpet. The app is also brilliant, easy to use and mapping worked without a hitch. The only weak point is the mop function. But since this vacuum costs less than others and does a far better job at vacuuming, I just treat the mop as a free extra. I’ll probably never use it, but it’s nice to have.

Had an issue with this probably since a month after purchasing. It will work on mop only but when vacuum and mop function is selected the mop function doesnt work. I have contacted their customer service a number of times and I get nowhere, they just ask for a summary report if I get past the automated response. My advice would be to go for the more reputable brand, spend more as you will probably save in the long run.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this robot vacuum. Downloading and using the App was a dream and the cleaning ability of this chap is very impressive. I have 3 cats and as they do, they shed hair. I'm constantly hoovering and this chap is an absolute game changer for me. It has no problem at all picking up the cat hair let alone anything else. I have it working on suction level 3 so it is capable of much more umph if needed but I haven't found I need it. It mapped the house accurately and without effort and now wanders around each day doing the hoovering for me.... RESULT. There was a review that criticised how close it can get to the skirting boards and only having one edge-cleaning brush. I've not had any issue with that at all and I'm picky about making sure everything is hoovered well. We have a light coloured carpet throughout the house and any dust around the room edges shows. This chap is coping with that without any problem at all. I have a couple of 'ledges' that it avoids perfectly and it glides over any change in flooring, adjusting the suction as necessary for the type of flooring eg carpet to tiles etc. It's been through its paces doing several random spot cleans since I got it...... again, absolutely no problem. It runs back to its docking station after cleaning and I've never had to 'assist' with that. She knows where she has to go and simply does it on her own. The docking station is small and compact too for this model (Roborock Q5). The dust box is manual emptying but I really don't mind that. Three cats shed a lot of hair but it takes a good couple of full house cleans to fill the dust box.... however, I tend to empty it after each clean, just because I can. I bought this vacuum purely for hoovering despite it having a mopping function. I haven't used that function as yet but I'm so impressed with the Q5's hoovering capability I am going to give it a try. If it does it half as well as the hoovering function, it'll be an absolutely Billy Bonus I'm my mind. Would I buy this model again...... YES, without hesitation. Would I recommend it to anyone interested in getting a robot vacuum...... YES, absolutely and without hesitation. In fact I've already done so to my sister-in-law....lol.

He probado otros modelos que a los pocos meses fallaban, llevo mucho tiempo con este aspirador y genial, tienen buena potencia y tengo dos gatos con sus pelos y arena y me ayuda a tenerlo todo limpio, además funciona muy bien en alfombras, tengo dos de pelo largo y aspira muy bien. Se puede configurar por habitaciones y la app es sencilla y cómoda, se carga bien y la batería aguanta mi piso de 120 m3 sin problema

Acquistato dopo la restituzione del modello S6 dello stesso brand (malfunzionante nell'erogazione dell'acqua sul mop). Rispetto alla versione precedente, l'S7 ha una pompa elettrica che distribuisce con continuità l'acqua sul panno, mantenendolo sempre al livello di umidità prescelto. Inoltre, possiede un sistema di "vibrazione" del mop che "strofina" il panno sul pavimento, rendendo la rimozione dello sporco molto più efficace. Anche la potenza di aspirazione è maggiore rispetto al modello S6. Il risultato è molto soddisfacente per la pulizia quotidiana dei pavimenti (programmabile anche tramite app). Possiedo un aspirapolvere top di gamma di uno dei brand più famosi (e costosi) sul mercato, dotato dell'accessorio per il lavaggio del pavimento, che chiaramente pulisce molto più a fondo di qualsiasi robot, ma confesso che da quando ho il Roborock S7 (circa un mese) l'ho usato una sola volta, anziché le solite due o tre volte la settimana. Il guadagno in termini di maggiore tempo libero e minore fatica è strepitoso. Ho un cane che perde un bel po' di pelo, cosa che mi ha sempre costretto a passare l'aspirapolvere tradizionale tutti i giorni e a usare l'accessorio per il lavaggio del pavimento almeno due o tre volte la settimana. Adesso faccio andare il Roborock tutti i giorni, mentre sono fuori casa, e ho sempre la casa pulita: zero polvere, zero pelo, zero aloni e zero impronte di zampe... È come avere una domestica che pulisce il pavimento tutti i giorni, ma a costo quasi zero (in appena un paio di mesi, infatti, la cifra spesa per il robot viene ampiamente ammortizzata). L'S7 da me acquistato non dispone della base di ricarica con svuotamento automatico della vaschetta raccoglipolvere, ma le operazioni di pulizia manuale sono semplici e di modesta fatica. Certo, la dockstation di svuotamento automatico è una comodità in più (per quanto abbastanza ingombrante a giudicare dalle foto), che considererò di acquistare magari in futuro. Per ora il mio S7 mi soddisfa pienamente anche senza. L'unico difetto consiste nei ricambi: il prodotto arriva con un solo panno e nessun ricambio, un po' poco se si ha l'intenzione di usarlo massivamente. Ho acquistato a parte altri mop, due filtri, una spazzola in gomma e due spazzoline rotanti di scorta. Non costano molto, ma almeno un kit di ricambi inclusi nell'acquisto sarebbe stato gradito, oltre che indispensabile nel medio periodo.

Dopo un anno di utilizzo del Roborock Q7 MAX, non posso che essere soddisfatto delle sue prestazioni. Questo robot aspirapolvere ha dimostrato di essere un ottimo alleato nella pulizia quotidiana. Potenza di aspirazione: Con una potenza di aspirazione di 4200Pa, il Roborock Q7 MAX è eccellente nel rimuovere polvere, briciole e sporco da diverse superfici. Nonostante i vari tipi di pavimenti che ho in casa, il robot si comporta sempre in modo impeccabile. Funzionalità: Una delle caratteristiche più apprezzabili è la possibilità di impostare zone vietate, che aiuta a evitare aree dove non vogliamo che il robot si avventuri. Questo rende la gestione delle pulizie molto più semplice e personalizzabile. Had hiervoor een Blaupunkt, die snapte helemaal niets. Deze Roborock snapt veel beter de weg, kamers, zones, etc. Pathfinding is geweldig. Als hij klaar is met de keuken weet hij uit zichzelf de route terug. Blaupunkt zat regelmatig vast in vergeten kabels of andere zaken, deze veel en veel minder. In de jaren dat ik 'm nu gebruik, kan ik op een hand tellen hoe vaak hij het opgaf omdat hij vast zat ofzo. En tijdje gaf hij errors, maar dat kwam omdat een filter wat dieper verstopt in de stofzuiger verstopt zat. Was eenvoudig schoon te maken en daarna deed hij het weer. De grote borstel vervangen met goedkoper alternatief en die wordt kapotgesneden door haren van mijn dochters die zich rond de borstel vestigen. Heb al gezien dat nieuwe Roborock in het midden van de borsten heeft opengehouden, speciaal hiervoor. Dweilen is niet echt heel goed. De dweil aan onderkant wordt relatief snel keihard en doet dan minder goed dweilen. Ik heb een hond met lange, witte haren en die gaan soms als wolken door de woonkamer. Tot ik deze Roborock had. Nog steeds zijn wolken af en toe verborgen onder tafel, maar over het algemeen zijn ze weg en is woonkamer schoon. Enkel het kleed stofzuigen we nog regelmatig, want daar zitten veel haren in en die haalt hij er echt niet uit. Verder erg tevreden met deze Roborock en als er een volgende komt, wordt die 99% zeker weer een Roborock.

La personne qui m'a conseillé d'acheter ce robot m'a dit qu'il s'agissait du meilleur investissement qu'il ait jamais fait pour son appartement. JE CONFIRME !!! Avec 2 chats d'appartement, il y avait chez moi des poils partout, et cela demandait un entretien quotidien épuisant et chronophage pour lutter. Comme il est programmable, il se lance désormais tous les soirs, et quand je rentre la place est nette. La serpillère ne nettoie pas, mais entretient la fraicheur entre deux récurages. J'ajoute quelques gouttes de lavande dans l'eau et cela parfume légèrement l'appartement, c'est toujours agréable. Par contre il est bruyant et il vaut mieux le faire travailler quand on n'est pas là. Il évite assez bien les obstacles (mais pas les petits qui peuvent bloquer le rouleau central), et il faut quand même "l'entretenir" : vider le bac à poussières (quotidiennement pour moi), dégager le rouleau central et les roues des cheveux longs qui s'accumulent à force. Il a quand même changé mon quotidien, et pour rien au monde je ne m'en passerais désormais.
