海外からなので注文してから少し時間がかかります。口にいれると少しガーリックの香りがしますが私は、気になりませんでした。一粒の大きさは、約2cm。ガーリックは、食品からとると体臭や口臭が気になりますがサプリメントなら大丈夫だと聞きました。 私は、プロテインを飲むのですがプロテインには、どうしても重金属が含まれるので体から有害物質を除去するため肝機能を高めるためにこのガーリックを服用しています。
