Review: Good packaging, stays fresh. Review: To preface, I'm a woman in my early 30s. I've never used plain creatine before, but I really like this stuff. It has good consistency throughout in terms of texture, and it's just the one ingredient (I got the unflavored creatine). I only do around ~5g (estimated; I marked on the scooper where it's around 5g by weight after I weighed it out, so that's what I take) when I do take it, which is with my pre-workout. I'm not trying to get absolutely yolked, I'm using it for regular muscle growth, development, and recovery. I like it overall, I haven't had any negative side effects and it blends really well with my pre-workout. My recovery time seems improved when I use it. I've also mixed it with my protein shakes and it blends really well with that, too. As for side effects, I haven't noticed any, and I've been taking this since November 2024. I haven't noticed any changes in sleep quality, my hormones, or my mood, but again, I don't take it daily. I may shift to taking it daily and see if it makes a difference. If I do that and notice a difference, then I'll come back and update this review. :) A reminder also for anyone new to creatine: make sure you increase your water intake with it. Regular activity: For women, general consensus seems to be around 2 liters a day, and for men it's around 3 liters a day. When more active: For men and women, you could need more depending on your activity level and needs; you know your body best, so listen to it. When you add creatine into your diet, it's recommended to increase your water intake to support creatine synthesizing, as it requires water to do so. If you're taking creatine and start struggling with muscle cramps, it may be due to dehydration from the aforementioned synthesizing, and your kidneys have extra waste they need to flush out, so they need the water, too. Listen to your body, drink water as needed. :) It helps to read up on creatine too if you're new to it, familiarize yourself with how it works, what to expect, potential side effects, pros, cons, what to do/how much to take if you're going to do maintenance creatine vs how much to take/what to do if you're going to be going through creatine-loading, etc. There's lots of resources online; there's one by Transparent Labs that explains it more and talks about water intake, the article aptly titled, "How Much Water to Drink with Creatine: A Practical Guide." This product is great though, highly recommend, give it a go. :) Get them gains!

I’m a 54-year-old woman focused on maintaining muscle, metabolism, and bone density, so creatine has become a non-negotiable part of my routine. I’ve been using this BulkSupplements Creatine Monohydrate daily for a few weeks now (about 5g mixed into water or my protein shake). What I noticed first is how clean this is. It dissolves easily and doesn’t have any taste or chalky texture. More importantly, I didn’t get any of the bloating or stomach discomfort that some creatine powders can cause. You will need a teaspoon to measure 5 grams, no scoop included. I also like that this is pure creatine monohydrate with no fillers or sweeteners.
