Is the rapid air adhesive already pre-applied or is that something I need to buy seperately? It's not available on amazon, where is it sold?

For most applications I don't even use the primer. I recommend using the Di-noc wrap. It seems to stretch better without tearing than the other types. If you're applying to a smooth painted surface you shouldn't need to do anything except clean the surface well. For more porous things like unpainted plastic you can use the primer. However the primer will change the texture of the surface you're applying to so when you remove the vinyl it will have a rough finish. I found that out the hard way with plastic parts on my dash in my car. I now have to keep it covered with vinyl or replace the part. Hope that helps.

What color is the primer?

It is completely clear. Like a clear coat. This is not your normal primer for painting. It is used for better adhearing vinyl wraps. Corners, curves, areas where the vinyl wrap will start coming off or up first.

Do I need this for decal on window ?

At my old job we only used it on windows if you were covering the whole window to secure the edges but if it's just the decal then we didn't

Can I use to attach Tesla rear spoiler? Also does it damage car paint when used?

Primer is intended for vinyl wrap of spoiler. It's so strong that it can damage paint of spoiler when trying to remove aged vinyl. 3M double sided tape is often solely used to mount to spoiler to trunk of car if not screwed.
