Is there alot of overspray like a traditional sprayer.

The HVLP technology provides MUCH less overspray than traditional airless sprayers. The FLEXiO 5000 also comes with two different front ends to meet your project needs. The Detail Finish nozzle is perfect for fine finishing projects like trim, cabinets, and furniture and will have less overspray. The X-Boost Turbine has the power to spray unthinned materials right from the can.

Will this spray floor/deck paint without having to thin it?

Deck paint is usually thicker and may not spray well with an HVLP like the Flexio. Any paint that requires a .015" tip for an airless sprayer will spray well with the Flexio. Any paint that requires a .017"-.019" tip will work if thinned about 10% or so. Any paint that requires larger than a .019" tip for an airless sprayer cannot be sprayed with the Flexio series HVLP. What is the difference between the 4000 and 5000 model

The 4000 comes with a 15' air hose and a small storage bag for the small parts. The 5000 has an 11' air hose and a hard shell case that stores everything.

Can this be used with ppg psxone paint without thinning?

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to PPG https://docs.td.ppgpmc.com/download/945/2466/psx-one this coating will required some thinning. The thinner agent and cleaning solution are very abrasive for the Flexio 5000 because the spray gun is all plastic.
