I purchased the set of 2 intercoms for our home in December. I live with a senior family member, and there's 3 floors in the house. Yelling doesn't really work, going up and down flights of stairs to check in or ask a quick question isnt practical, and while we can text, they don't always have their phone with them. I thought this would be a good way to check in with each other, and generally communicate when needed. It works great for our purposes. I have purchased a third intercom so we now have one on each floor. The sound quality is fine, think of what a decent walkie talkie sounds like, that's basically what this intercom is. Considering we are using these intercoms through three floors, on opposite sides of the house, I'm quite satisfied. When you speak through one, it can be heard through both other units. We have yet to experience any interference or other ppls conversations through our units, and our home is directly adjacent to others, in a busy area of a city. Whether or not our conversations have been heard by others, I wouldn't know, but I kinda doubt it, most ppl don't use these sort of electronics in their homes anymore. We don't really have conversations or discuss anything personal or sensitive; just use it to check in with each other, ask a quick question, etc. The opposite end of the power cord is a USB A connector, that can plug into the included ac plugs, which is great. I have two units running through the USB connection, and the third through the ac plug. We just use the " talk " button to communicate, there are other functions, but tbh, I didn't read the included instruction manual to figure them out. Just being able to talk briefly between diff floors pressing the talk button is really all we need these for. Also, they have been knocked over onto the floor multiple times, and once got some water on one, and they still work fine, so I'd say they're durable and built well. The packaging it comes in is quality also. I'm sure there are more high end models with crystal clear sound and that work across longer distances - even other models by this same manufacturer- and different ways to communicate through your home, but for us, this works great. The value is great for this two pack, it's currently on sale for less then I purchased them for, but I'm satisfied with its quality at the price I paid, it's just right for what you're getting. I'm giving these intercoms 5 stars because it's just what I expected, and pretty awesome for our family.

Have used the intercom system for over a month now. I. use it for my shop under the house so my wife can contact me if needed. So far unit has worked great, although the quality of sound is a little under par, but satifactory and fulfills our needs.

I was looking for a "dumb"/analog solution to avoid the need to yell across my house. These were very simple to setup. You can think of them as simple 2-way radio (walkie talkie). You just select which channel you want to talk on and hold the "Talk" button. All devices on the same channel will hear. In the past I had used voice assistant devices to send announcements or call (drop in) to other rooms in my house. I finally got so tired of all the backtalk from AI "assistant" that I decided to go analog.

Waste of money. Sound quality is TERRIBLE ! I bought these to use for upstairs/downstairs family intercom system, and the sound quality is downright trash. You’re just sitting there going “what? I can’t understand you! Just call me” the entire time. The reviews fooled me. Don’t do what I did.

I was pleasantly surprised with a product that actually does what it promises. I have a workshop 200 feet from my house. Construction of house and shop is stucco/and rock (cement, over metal lath, over aluminum sheeting particleboard). Being a senior citizen, and having a caring wonderful wife. She likes to know I’m ok at all times. If we don’t communicate within a few hours, she’s rushing over to the shop to give me an earful. Why isn’t your phone on, did you forget your phone again, I thought something happened to you, etc...? Those days are over. With this intercom set, voice clarity is excellent and no noise. I would highly recommend. Now, if you have more time on your hands, You can read about what I tried before this Satisfactory solution. I had a similar workshop/house setup in the early nineties. I had this Radio Shack intercom system that worked over the AC lines. The system worked ok, with a little static. So I figured I’d try the same setup. Went on EBay and found a brand new set, just like my old one. I was all excited. Received the new set, unwrapped it (verified it was new), and set it up. It didn’t work at all, none of the three stations. Nothing, no sound, just lights. I tried it in a room 20 feet away, nothing. I put one handset in the kitchen and did get static from the under cabinet fluorescent lights. The thing is, this set was suppose to work, as long as it was on the same transformer. Of course it is, I only have one electric meter too. I’ve been trying to figure out why this system doesn’t work. The only thing I can figure is, this is a new house, two years old. Workshop is 6 months old. Both structures have the latest state of the art circuit breakers. I don’t think I have any breakers that are just current sensing, there are those for wet areas (gfci), those in bedrooms that sense an arc (such as when you turn on a lamp and switch makes contact). I’m wondering if these new type breakers are the problem. Well just in case you’re where I was before purchasing this set, buy this one (fm transmission) or one like it. Not worth doing what I did on the older/different signal transmission method.

Although the signal was transmitted from room to room the sound quality was not optimum and at times it was difficult to understand what was being said.

These intercoms were really easy to set up and the sound quality is very good. Works like a charm. There was a bit of a problem with one of the intercoms, so we contacted Amazon and they directed us to Wuloo, and WOW is all I can say….the customer service for both Amazon and Wuloo was incredible. Prompt and courteous. They turned everything around immediately. I’m so impressed. Thank you, Wuloo!

I ordered the set of three Wuloo wireless intercom units, one for the kitchen, one for the sunroom and one for our detached garage. It was easy to set up and to my amazement all three units connected beautifully and the volume and clarity was excellent! I was worried that the one in the garage would not interconnect well with the other two units, being in a detached building away from the house but all three work very well.

I care for my elderly grandparents and going downstairs is difficult for them. With these intercoms they can now pester me whenever they need 😄. All jokes aside, works well, easy to set up

These Wuloo intercom units work excellent and easy to use.Don't get confused by all the buttons.Set it to same channel and thats it. Suprised how clear they are. I have an elderly father who lives down the street approx 3/4 block away and these units works perfect from house to house.Has an AC adapter but They do not come with an internal battery ,but they easily connect to any battery bank with a usb port as shown in the photo with the included cable.These cell phone type battery bank/rechargers are very common and come in lots of different capacities and sizes.I would recommend this product.
