Looks dumb, works great
Yeah nothing about these looks 'cool' on your face. They sit a couple inches away from your eyes but dang do they work well! The adjustments you can make are great between a fixed position, follow, wide-screen, and mini screen off to the side. and I like them better than the meta glasses I have. Also bought some cheap oversees brand and this is by far the best value. No issues with connecting to my macbook, my steamdeck, or my iphone. Playing games on my steam deck at night or watching a movie on my phone is great. They also have built in speakers on the stocks with pretty decent sound quality. You can adjust the brightness, you can adjust the transparency of the display, the readability is good (I play a lot of RPGs with text) and they're working flawlessly after several months. I'm a big fan of xreal. My only complaint is now they have a newer model that's more affordable and has better features.

I HAVE FOUND MY PERFECT PAIR!!!!!!!
I’ve tried a few pairs and researched for days and days trying to find just what I was looking for and that turned out to be the XREAL One. These are exactly what I’ve been searching for. They’re so comfortable, with a design that actually works for real-world use. Unlike the Viture which had some impressive features (but did not execute them nearly as well as these) but I felt as if I was wearing a pair of kids glasses, the XREAL One fits across my face perfectly. I can see clearly and immerse myself without getting distracted by the movement of everything around me. I have never thought of myself as having a big head or wide face (round yes but not too wide) until I put the viture glasses on my head and cound see around every part of them no matter how they were positioned or what nose pads I wore nothing worked(not to mention they looked really stupid being so narrow on my face). I wanted something that I could actually wear outside if I wanted and it not scream AR glasses. Honestly, the xreal one glasses are very similar to the size and shape of a lot of my sunglasses so I am quite comfortable wearing them around. Also, if you have ever owned or seen the viture glasses these are not as bulky at the top and do not stick out as far (which i have seen reviews about these being bulky). Honestly, maybe you can tell these are not regular glasses, but if you have seen me with my usual sunglasses on, these would not make you turn your head and think they were not one of my normal pairs! So what I was looking for I thought was simple to come across but apparently not so much. I get bad migraines, and a lot of the time it helps to dull them if I can lay down flat (and i know this sounds weird) and keep my eyes focused on something such as a tv. Also i'll lay flat if I feel like I am getting a migraine to hopefully prevent it which is no fun just staring at the ceiling. So, I have a projector (or 3) and my PSvr and VR2 headsets but those are a lot of hassel sometimes, not to mention the vr headsets are HOT and you get sweaty real quick. So what I wanted was something that had decent quality but would not break the bank, that I could blackout the light easily, the screen was a decent size and clear, the sound sharp, the glasses were comfortable and easy to use, and I really wanted something that I could pin a tiny screen to the corner of my vision and still see through the glasses. All of those things I mentioned were do-able with other cheaper glasses but no easily and not without a seond device! I had looked at the air 2 pro version of xreal (and actually accidently ordered them first without realizing I ordered the wrong ones) but to do what I wanted I needed the beam thing. So with the viture neckband or the air 2 with the beam, it came out to more money than these glasses which DO EVERYTHING by themselves and very easily might I add!!! The display is sharp, vibrant, and super responsive. I love how I can pin a small screen in the corner for casual multitasking or go full cinema mode with a screen size that honestly feels ridiculous—in a good way (the Viture does not compare here at all with screen size). Being able to swap modes with a quick button press is a game-changer. Plus, I can still use just my phone—no second device needed. That’s HUGE. I am a Samsung user and currently use a Fold 6. I love DEX and have been a long time user and it is the reason I will never go back to any other brand!! Anyways, using Dex this is flawless and does not drain any more battery than wireless streaming of Dex to a tv or computer. I know I meantioned you can do everything without a second device but I forgot to mention that you also do not need a seperate app to do any of these things. I did nto even see a need for the Nebula app when connecting these to my PC or Mac. Everything worked flawlessly unlike the other glasses like the viture which needed the spacewalker app/program (HORRIBLE AND BUGGY). The menu of the glasses is easy to get to and navigate not to mention has everything you need right there with just the little 3 buttons on the glasses themselves. The glasses integrate well with everything I need, and while a few minor things like a built-in pause or volume rocker shortcut would be nice, the overall experience is unbeatable. Between the screen quality, ease of use, and overall flexibility—these are absolutely worth the extra money and I can not hype these up enough. If you’ve tried other AR glasses and walked away disappointed, these are the redemption arc. I'm obsessed. Dont't even consider the others just buy these!!!!!!

The Information You Want
Between the listing and these reviews, it is difficult to obtain some pretty basic information about these glasses. I will lay it out below now that I have purchased: 1. Native Resolution. The native resolution of these glasses is 1920x1080 (HD). There appears to be some anti-aliasing going on, because the pixels are nearly imperceptible, but it's simply an HD display. This is generally fine, except that for productivity it can cause some interface/text size issues if you are trying to load multiple documents at once next to each other. 2. "Ultra-Wide View." This works. However, you can only see 1/2 of the screen at a time. It simulates a 3840x1080 monitor, but since the sensor is only 1920 pixels wide, you can only see 50% of the screen at a time. How do you see the screen then? You are constantly having to turn your head left and right. Not a great solution. It's like trying to watch a widescreen movie through a square window: you have to keep shifting your viewing angle to see what you want to see on either corner of the virtual screen. 3. Brightness/focus/etc. These are excellent. For me, everything was razor sharp with zero toggling. 4. Menu System. This is super wonky. Because everything is relegated to three buttons, there are lots of double clicks, long holds, etc. It's not the end of the world, but this is definitely not an Apple product. That said, it's very learnable and usable. 5. FOV. The field of view is too narrow. It really needs to be 70-80% for these to be perfect (and it would make the ultra-wide screen simulation much more useful). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy these were to set up and use, and I was surprised by the visual quality, brightness, etc. The biggest issue is if you are planning to use this for productivity, it lacks the resolution in standard mode to load lots of windows with text on the screen at once, and in virtual ultrawide mode, it's annoying to have to look left and right constantly. I will probably keep them for plane flights.

Great Product and great support
Initial impressions was cool. The glasses felt premium and it was cool to see a huge screen in front of you. Functionality wise, I used it mostly to watch movies streamed from my ipad. It’s nice to be able to lie back and enjoy a movie. A little like a black mirror episode :). These things work great on a plane; no more worrying about how to position or hold the iPad. The FOV is good, but don’t expect it to be like a VR goggle. You can still see things from the sides and below. The audio was pretty good, but you also have the ipad/iphone output the audio to your choice of headphones as well. The frames themselves can be adjusted a little which was cool. The weight of the glass was not noticeable, even after several hours of use. They do get a little warm, but not uncomfortable. The case it comes with is nice, but doesn’t really have room for the connection cable. You can squeeze it in there, but it’s a task and I worry about scratching up the lenses. Comparing against VR, these are just a different beast. They work as a secondary display to whatever you are connected to rather than VR being a whole new machine. This means that whatever games/movies/controls you are used to work with this device. Its small form factor makes it highly portable. The tradeoff is that the experience is less immersive; the outside world is still there. Overall, it is expensive but a premium product. Less immersive than VR goggles, but way more accessible/easy to use. I see myself using these much more than my VR glasses since it is just a matter of plugging it in and ready to go. After a few uses the screen did flicker once or twice, but hasn’t done it since. I wrote that off. Unfortunately, I noticed a dead pixel so am working with them to exchange it. Hopefully, it isn’t a painful process. Updated rating: The exchange process has been smooth so far. The seller has been very responsive. Return label was generated quickly and now waiting on the new pair. After a few weeks: These glasses are awesome. I’ve shown 4 friends and 3 of them went out and bought one. Really enjoying them. Quick Tip: adjusting your IPD helps a lot if you run into blurriness issues on the sides. There are free IPD measuring apps and you can configure it on the XReal glasses. Updates review. It has now been over a month with these glasses and I am still super impressed. For work, I get a huge screen and privacy on the go. Easily connects to my laptop and I can code on them for several hours without any fatigue. For gaming, playing BF6 has been awesome. When I need to unwind, I’ll connect it to my Nintendo Switch and play some BoTW. I honestly use these every day.

good but issues
ok the glasses are pretty cool pros. I have the orginals and I will say that the stablizing and the ability to make the screen small and to the corner of your vision is cool so you can do house hold stuff. cons: 1. I dont know why but the corner of the left screen is blurry. At first I thought it was my vision but when I switched back to my xreal air the screens are crystal clear. It could be my unit. 2. The orginal air got warm at the left temple but not too bad, these get HOT at my eyebrows . Sometimes unbeariable. This is my most major con and the main reason i returned them. Again it might just be my unit. Im hoping the pro model will have this fixed and the screen thinner because they hit my elashes and its unconftable . I like the tech just got to fix the heat issues

Amazing device, game changer for remote work and gaming.
These glasses have been amazing and life changing. That phrase is sometimes overused and I contemplated using it here, however it really h as changed a chunk of my life as a remote/hybrid IT worker. I am now able to work with a large virtual display, the ultrawide setting acts like 2 monitors for me and allows me to keep productivity up while on the go. Previously to this I had an external USB-C monitor I would use from time to time, but most of the time I would just be on a single laptop screen which really slows down some workflows. This device being so much smaller and easier to setup than a secondary display (I can use this anywhere, no need for extra table space, etc) has really improved things. I have astigmatism and a decently strong RX, with the inserts I purchased everything is very clear and easy to work in. I also enjoy some gaming/movie/youtube watching on these. They pair excellently with the ROG Ally X, and I am sure would pair great with other similar handhelds which support USB-C DP. Highly recommend, so much better than a Quest 3 or other VR headset for remote work, light weight and does not make my face hot like the quest does.

Not worth it for price and no accessories.
Xreal Blurry on edges no matter what I do. Never is actually a clear picture. Accessories required for use with anything but a steam deck or phone, but no first party accessories. Can't play games and charge steam deck without sketchy accessories. With only Usb c, barely works and hard to find things to use it with. Basically unusable on anything but a steam deck or similar without accessories, and with the inability to charge at the same time, I have had my steam deck shut down on me due to low power. Hard to even get it updated as you require a pc with USB c display connection, which would require a 2020 or newer laptop. That or you can download chrome to your steam deck desktop and get it updated or otherwise I never would have been able to. I like it, it's really cool when first using it, but the blurry edges I cant fix, and general suck of the device and lack of accessories, along with being $120 more than the cheapest steam deck for what is basically just a steam deck accessory is ridiculous. It appears the cost is a requirement for this kind of tech, and that ruins it. Xreal One is the first Xreal I would recommend, but I also barely can and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't aware of these issues and able to accept them, likely due to being traveling too much or just having $500 to burn without concern. If I was homeless, I would run this and my steam deck. I put in my Xreal for return and have been testing it out further to see if I really want to keep or return since I have all the weird accessories and I do appear to enjoy the experience a little bit more than playing on my monitor. Would I buy it now with the knowledge I have, no, but I have the device already... I've realized the Steam Deck simply isn't powerful enough to not have blurry edges in it's games. I tested primarily with Elden Ring and it's far better on my gaming desktop with the Xreal. That still means I'll dislike using the glasses on the one device they really should be used with other than phones or a $1200 steam deck clone.

500usd Meta Q3 vs Xreal One
Compared price to Meta quest 3! This is better than Nreal and Xreal older version but when i plugged it to my computer im surprise to see reduced image quality(Even when i adjusted both the size and distance). I was trying to read smaller text and i couldn't read them, while on my computer screen its perfectly readable. This gave me headache and eye strain. So is it crisp as the description says? Absolutely not. At this point 500usd is just asking for too much, compare to Meta quest, which got so much more functionality without wire and witout needing outside devices. Unlike meta quest 3 which i use for hours, i cant say the same for Xreal one coz it gives me headache. Meta Quest 3 is still better in watching movies for multple reasons, coz can change environments and text are easily magnifiable. For 500 usd this device should be... 1) A stand alone device not needing other devices. 2) No blurry small texts even after size and distance were adjusted. 3) Cannot compete with Meta quest 3 for the same price coz of multiple functionality. 4) Larger inner lenses. Looking inside small lenses is a chore coz how small the lenses are. Meta quest 3 does better job on this. I think this is also where my headache came from. 5) No power supply. Its sure to drain your phone battery.
