How does the signature elite differ from the signature?

Hello, the new ES speaker series have new drivers and slight cosmetic changes. They are also voiced a little differently as well.

Tell me these speakers will sound a whole lot better than my Polk tsi200 and a sub. I’m thinking of a pair of these are they worth the difference

They will definitely be fuller sounding. I use a 15 sub with my home theater but they could stand alone.

Are these sold as a pair or individually?

I cannot remove the red & black plastic to push banana plug. I tried different knives & have done this with many speakers. Is there a trick to it?

I also had a difficult time removing the caps. What I ended up doing, it worked quite well, was to use a very small screwdriver, one that I usually use for small electronics or eyeglass work (Flathead not Phillips of course), and used this small screwdriver to pry out the plastic cap and it worked like a snap.
