If you're like me you have a cabinet of supplements that you've bought after hearing good things about some vitamin or some herb. So you buy some of whatever, take it for a few days and then forget to keep taking it. Then you forget what it's for so you toss it in the cabinet of forgotten herbs until the expiration date when you toss it out. Well NOT THIT TIME! I will only recommend products that are good enough that I keep taking them for a few months and I'm happy and excited to report that I have gone through three bottles of this stuff in as many months- it's THAT good! I originally ordered this product after hearing some good things on turmeric, including pubmed studies that turmeric and curcumin (found in turmeric) can help reduce fearful memories from being recalled, helping those with PTSD or just anyone with some things you'd rather forget in your memory bank. At some point I bought a bag of turmeric powder to make the golden paste (for joint issues in me and my dog) but of course it ended up in the cabinet of forgotten herbs .... until a few months back I saw a dr recommending turmeric for people that may have had concussions as a baby or kid, for brain health and I came across this formula which also had saffron which the brain dr recommended for mood improvement. I also liked the cinnamon which i know is good for regulating blood sugar levels which is really important if you if you fast or don't graze eat. So I ordered a jar of this combo Turmeric-Cinnamon-Saffron-Cardamom formula and began taking it. I'm now a few bottles in and if I don't take it each morning I feel a difference that day. I believe it is helping with: mood, energy, joint inflammation and blood sugar levels between meals. The company is great, if you send them your first order # from here after you buy they will send you a discount code for your next order. They have a few different formulas on their website, I wish it was easier to see the difference and know which formula is best for you, but they can probably steer you directly if you give them a call. I had to go look up the vlog I saw the brain dr to figure out why I had bought this blend with the saffron in it. Pubmed studies show that 30mg of saffron was as effective as taking 20mg of prozac! (search saffron+prozac to find the studies). Saffron also helps with PMS! Saffron is an expensive herb so the addition of it to this formula at this price is very nice and the main reason why I will keep reordering this product (turmeric/cinnamon/saffron) from this company (Vimerson). There are cheaper turmeric supps out there but not with this formula or this much saffron, so it's a good price even before the discounts or subscribe and save. The bottle says to take two together -- but the saffron studies were 15 mg of saffron twice a day so I may start splitting the dose of this to morning and early afternoon. I also may try to add the capsule contents to milk as a golden tea drink. I received a discount code after my first order but the first bottle I bought full price and unsolicited so this review is not biased although it did reflect on how I feel about the company overall; I like buying companies that reward repeat customers!

It is truly natures anti-depressant. I recommend it. I finished my first bottle and can say there is a difference.

Good product, seems to help my overall mood And the tumeric helps with my joint inflammation.

These have really helped with sleep and mood balance! We’ve tried tons of supplements and these have been the best so far

My wife took these for over 2 weeks. She Ended up getting acid reflux and mild constipation. Her system is super sensitive to these wonderful and beneficial ingredients so she had to quit taking. I wish she knew or read up on some possible side effects of taking saffron or turmeric as sadly, I wasted my money.
