I’m always moving or lifting things and a couple of months ago started renovating a few rooms. I ordered this to see if it would help the constant strain I felt on the lower part of my back, which I’m not sure it’s made for, but it did. Bending, squatting and lifting is very different now, and my posture is better after I take it off, which is a plus.I’ve had others in the past that were not comfy, but this one I can wear for hours and kinda forget about it.I’ve used it in while working on the computer as well and GAME CHANGER! I got this Brace bc unfortunately I have Scoliosis and have had multiple Spinal Surgeries. I am a former Gymnast and as I have gotten older my Spine has suffered bc of it. I am mortified by my posture and decided to try this Brace. Initially I had an issue with sizing when I bought the Medium and it didn't seem to fit me correctly but, I brought it to the Sellers attention and they sent me a size Small as a replacement. I was amazed at their concerns and immediate response. Like who does that anymore. Needless to say I am very impressed! The Brace has been a Godsend with helping with my posture! In the beginning it felt awkward but, that is bc my Spine was getting used to the correction so, please wear it as instructed by the company and then you can extend your wearing time gradually. I wear it all the time now when I go walking. I would highly recommend this Brace to anyone that has Posture issues and for those whom are on their feet all the time and/or lifting for work to prevent future problems. This is definitely the Best Business I have dealt with on Amazon! If you are suffering from Posture issues definitely give this Brace a try! Highly recommended. Thank you for sending the vest. It is well constructed and fits well but it is not suitable for my problem, thus it does not help me at all. I have curvature on upper back on the right side. The vest does not reach high enough on the back to even cover this area, thus it does not help my problem at all. If you have a vest that covers the upper back , it could maybe help me.

Although, it is a solid product, padding under arms is insufficient. Will rub and irritate the skin.

Got this for my13 yr old daughter who has terrible posture. I thought Id have to fight her to wear it assuming it would be terribly uncomfortable. However, she loves wearing it. She feels it helping. I doesnt hurt and its easy enough for her to put on and take off on her own. Within a few hours of her wearing it i already see an improvement even when its off. Glad to find a company who know how to make a quality product that actually works! Ill update again in a month or two with future progress. Also she wears it over a tank top but under an overshirt (if that makes sense) and you cant even tell she is wearing it. She will be wearing it to archery tonight to see if having a better posture helps her shoot. Also another big thing, the arm holes are perfect, Ive had others where the arm straps cut into the arms but this one does not. 5 stars for comfort! Stay tuned!

First, the product is excellent. If I stand or walk for more than five hours, my back hurts so bad, I can barely stand or walk or sit. I have to take four Ibuprofen, then lie down for a couple of hours to lose the pain. Most of this must be a result of poor posture because, after I put this back brace on, the pain begins to fade until it's completely gone. So, I wholeheartedly recommend this back brace. I also want to mention that this vendor is the nicest, most professional, concerned vendor I have ever ordered anything from. They emailed before the product was delivered to ensure they were available to take care of any problem or issue I might have with the product, emailed again after it was delivered to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. If everyone treated their customers this way, there would be NO bad reviews on anyone's products or services.
