do these knee pads pinch the back of the knees?

No. I wore them from 9am-3pm during paintball shooting. Honestly i didn't feel them the entire time. Very comfortable.

i am large man and work 24 hour shift on ambulance, getting old hard to get down on hard floor. will these work and last more than one shift?

I am a carpenter and I hae been wearing these every day for two weeks, nine hours a day! So far they seem to be holding up! They're pretty comfortable and I seem to feel some support from them. They are nice on the knees. I wear them under my carhartts, so nobody knows I have them on. Don't know how long they will last but for the price I can't complain.

would this fit a very petite woman? 5 ft 1 in & 100 lbs

They were tight on me and I am a male who is twice your size in weight and 8" taller. Over the jeans perhaps.

Do these run big or small

They have them in both small medium/ and large. I am 165 and 5'10 so I got a small Medium and they fit perfectly without moving around on me or any constant adjustment. Hope this helps.
