I really do not understand people that say that they don't like to think about things or that there are too many details or that something is too complicated, I really enjoy thinking. When it comes to thought, I like to live life in fast forward and, to put it in Jefferson Airplane terms, I like chasing rabbits, I like going to ask Alice things when she is ten feet tall. That means that I need to supplement L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC) --the pill that makes you larger?! and, by itself, this would already be an excellent product because this is third party tested and made in the USA following FDA guidelines for supplements and, believe me, if this wasn't up to snuff, I would know because Alpha GPC is another of those supplements that I have been taking for a long time and if my mind started moving low, I would notice right away. There is no question that this is a very potent and very effective alpha GPC preparation.I really enjoy learning new things and I am not really happy unless I am learning something new or thinking about something in a new way. That is where the magnesium, the theanine, and the B-6 come in handy because the right kind of mellow is the difference between a cigarette boat on flat calm seas and an aircraft carrier on a storm tossed ocean; it isn't that the carrier is slow but the progress it would make without the stormy seas, eh? and NutraFuse Alpha-GPC has what it takes to make that happen as well as plants that improve blood flow to the brain and that is something you want when you are learning. The most common dose is 1,200 mg per day in divided doses and if one of those doses is ~600mg and happens to fall around 30-60 minutes prior to your workout, you get a double whammy benefit because your motivation will be improved as will your power output. I suspect that this is a matter of one's level of arousal in the Yerkes-Dodson curve but what if the difference between a good workout and a bad one is simply the level of motivation one brings to the gym? I was seeking alpha GPC to seek the brain benefits that are fairly well established now (obviously do your own research) and was thrilled to find a methylated b12 and some other combos that do tend to increase focus and energy. I have felt better on this (although hard to distinguish what is doing what) and feel it is accurate in both claims and dosing. I would like to see sourcing info listed, COA docs and where it is actually made as I have a feeling it is all out of the USA. The listing says "made in the USA" but the bottle does not. But I still like what I am feeling while taking this and it seems effective for me. The value is outstanding though and hard to not give it a shot.

I am so glad that I was able to get this supplement. To start it combines a few supplements I was already taking separately and by putting everything in one convenient capsule I don’t have to take a ton of supplements and still get the same effects. It helps with my mood and brain function so far. I’ve noticed that I can recall information way faster and I am able to articulate my thoughts a lot easier as well. I do love that they provide you with a few months worth of them too. The price is also a win in my opinion.I think this is a great quality supplement it’s made in the USA and they used highly effective ingredients . The B-12 especially I was worried about since it’s more absorbable for you in this way. I’m very happy and will continue to order when I run out.

I love the ingredients in this supplement. I have used most of the ingredients before but think it is great that this product has all of these in one capsule. They seem to be effective, but I will give them longer before I make that determination. They do not have a bad taste or smell and are easy to swallow. They arrived well sealed.
