The instructions could certainly be clearer.. The first time I applied it after shampoo, but before conditioner and oh my goodness my hair stunk of vinegar lol!! You definitely want to use it first, before washing your hair. It lathers extremely well, and you really do not need much of it. Far less than you'd use of shampoo for example, otherwise you'll still get that faint smell of vinegar afterwards. I've been using it once a week with a scalp massaging brush, left in for around five minutes. It leaves my hair feeling really soft and clean, and somehow almost fuller/thicker? I get really bad dandruff and this is the first product I notice I don't see any flakes after drying my hair. Huge fan of this brand, all of the products I've tried have been outstanding. Highly recommended.

I get terrible flaky scalp and also suffer with it itching as well so I am always looking for anything new that might help, so I ordered this from the Amazon vine testing program. Talking very well boxed and was not damaged upon delivery. I like the shape of the bottle, I like the rounded bit at the bottom. To open it it has a twisty pointed cap that needs removing and then you just squirt a generous amount on your hand and then rub it into your head. I follow the instructions to the letter, I left it on my head for about five minutes and then washed it off and used the same brand conditioner. Even after one wash I could tell this is a quality product in my hair seemed really light and a fluffy. After a couple of days the itching on my scalp has almost completely stopped!! This is one of the first products like this that has actually worked properly for me. I will not go into all the ingredients, as that is on the Amazon advert page. For me personally this worked absolutely brilliantly so I am glad to say that I highly recommend this anti-flake shampoo. Of course this is my own experience and it may not have the same effect for you and it is quite expensive to take a punt on, but I can say I will be a very happy customer and we'll be purchasing it when this runs out.

I buy this quite regularly to stop product buildup and reset my hair. I really like it, it lathers nicely and the smell (while not lovely) isn’t too much of an issue or off putting. Your doesn’t smell like vinegar after either. My hair is nice and soft after a wash with this

Overtime I found that the best thing against flaky scalp , for me, is to find the balance between washing my hair too often/not often enough. For me that's about once every 2 days, max 3. Without using the product, I start seeing flakes on the 3rd or 4th day. Just to test it, I used it few times with my normal routine and then not washed my hair for as long as I could to see the difference and I started seeing flakes on the 5th day. So it does work but it won't just eliminate the flaky scalp problem if the rest of your routine is not helping. In terms of use, I use this after shampoo, before conditioner. Great bottle design, you just twist the tip and pour it directly on the scalp. Too runny to apply in hand first. For me it lathers a lot but only if I wash my hair before, which I always do. Smells a bit like vinegar, which is entirely expected given the ingredients. Although it says it smells like citrus, I couldn't sense any. It's a mild vinegar smell. After use (but before conditioning) my scalp and hair feels very clean and more nourished. After conditioning it feels more nourished compared to just shampooing + conditioning.

Leaves my hair too greasy, smells ok, hair feels heavy after use like its dirty, doesn't make my hair any softer or my scalp feel cleaner, not for me
