As the title said, the paper is really thin and quite fragile. It's similar to tissue paper.

The book was very good and many advanced techniques are explained in it and draft drawing is done and explained in a very easy way and the concept is very good and there are many subjects in one book.

If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make anything this is the book for you. If you see a particular sleeve you want to put on a dress but don’t know how to draft it, this book will show you. Want to do a fancy or intricate dart, this book will show you how. It’s just about the only book you need to learn how to draft any shape or style. The only downside is the limited size range for the pattern block chart. It’s very hard to draft a block from your own exact measurements from scratch. It’s easier to draft using standard measurments close to your own, and then make small adjustments to make it your own custom block. My suggestion is to get this book, but make your own block using something like Dressmaking, The Easy Guide.

O livro é bem completo, aborda sobre ferramentas de costura, ensina atirar as medidas ( algumas são próprias do método proposto), fazer alterações nas pences. Apresenta as modelagens feminina, masculina, infantil, modas praia e academia. Ajuda muito e exercitar a interpretação dos moldes. Por ser um livro estrangeiro, as medidas são em polegadas. O livro é bem ilustrado, com gravuras em preto e branco que ajudam muito na compreensão dos modelos. Ainda não testei a metodologia para avaliar, mas, pelo que vi, é diferente da que estou acostumada.
