Why does 11 size says Little kid? What is the measure in cm or inches for size 11?

I’m a size 11 in women’s and got the “kids” 11 and they fit just fine! I’m not sure why they advertise it as a kids size.

Are these for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes it’s for both, there are instructions in the manual for how to change the wheels to accommodate the style in which you would like to skate!
