Jabra headset
Love them. Low cost with quality. I am a tech support specialist, thus a lot of phone time. Very light, comfortable and quality sound. I like being able to hear what’s happening around me. These fit the bill on all levels

Works Great!
I'm a BIG believer in wired headsets vs blue tooth to keep the radiation on my brain down. Especially on something I'm using all day! I use it for phone calls, Zooms etc. Everyone says it sounds great on their end! Super comfy earpads, nice design.

Limited background noise if any
This is a great headset to cut out most if not all background noise.

Stable listening while taking notes, researching references, etc.
Very solid headset. Dual-Ear headset performs well. I find the dual-ear headset provides significantly more comfortable for long calls, etc.

Good not great but why?
As in the title and the rating I ask why not great? Simple. The headset quality and audio is very good BUT they changed the wires, albeit, the connectors are no longer plug in but hard wired so there is no replaceable parts should the strain relief start to crack and expose wires. Also the ear pads don’t seem to be replaceable but perhaps I am wrong on that observation.

Versatility
Hi, I wanted to share a quick review of the headset I recently purchased. I really like it because it has a USB-C (C-type) port, which makes it easy to use with newer devices, and it also comes with a USB option so I can connect it to my computer without any issues. The versatility is a big plus for me, and overall it’s been working great so far!er

Quality is key
After having these headphones for less than a week at work I’m talking to a customer and they just stop working the customer could not hear me tried unplugging and plugging back in nothing so much money Amazon makes and they sell you thrash this is the second one I had to send back in less than 2 months and they keep going up with the annual fees they no longer due same day shipping it’s so much anyway

Easy to set up and use
Works well, simple plug and play, zoom picks it up and switches over automatically. Not the fanciest of headsets out there but this is what my job recommended and it does the job quite fine.
