defective vacuum cleaner.
At first, I established a connection with this vacuum cleaner, it worked once. And after that, no matter how hard I tried to make it work again, the connection was not established with it. I removed it from the smart home, added it again to the device, but it was not added, and as a result, there was no connectivity. I spent a whole week setting up this device, but apparently I had a defective vacuum cleaner.

The best robot vacuum for family
What I like most is how complete the base station feels. It washes the mop pads, dries them with hot air, and collects dust automatically, so I don’t need to touch anything after cleaning. The water tank is large enough to finish my place in one go, and maintenance is minimal. For me, this finally feels like a robot vacuum that actually reduces chores instead of adding new ones.

The best vacuum ever, despite that it might be delayed for few days for “uncertain reasons and then you will have to call Amazon and say that you are flying on next day and then they deliver it lol

Easy to set up. Works as described. Download the app and able to monitor the entire cleaning process in real time. If using mop function and normal cleaning for 1000 sq ft may require to change the water tank after 3-4x cleaning. Censor works well. Hope it will last for a long time. If there’s lots of hair pick up might need to clean the cleaning brush after each vacuum session to avoid jamming the robot. Other than that it’s perfect.

After 7 months of use, it stopped working. Amazon doesn't offer a good warranty service, despite selling this product.

منتج مميز جدا و ممتاز للعلم هذا المنتج يتمتع بمزيا منتجات اغلى بكثير لا تتمتع بها أوصي بشدة S20 pro ولكن لقد اشتريت المنتج وقمت بالارجاع ٣ مرات و السبب ان المنتج الذي وصل لي كان مستخدم من قبل يمكنكم التأكد من ذلك من خلال فحص كيس القمامه و الملصق على المكنسة نفسها في حال كان الملصق موضوع بطريقة غير صحيحة او غير موجود فإن هذا المنتج مستخدم فتأكد جيدا انك استلمت منتج جديد
