Refreshing, great taste, healthy and hydrating
These are great on a hot day for hydration. Very refreshing and much healthier than most other drinks on the market. Perfect for on the go or packing in a cooler. The lid makes it easy to store in the refrigerator if I don’t use the entire bottle.

Amazingly tasty coconut water
Love that this coconut water comes in individual containers. Its so convenient. I needed to really work on my hydration, so I started putting 1 inch of coconut water in a glass and filled the glass with plain water. I have found that this really makes the water so easy to drink. I keep the open container of coconut water in the refrigerator for the next glass I need. For just a very few calories I get electrolytes and wonderful hydration. The small amount of coconut water makes the glass of water taste great!

Taste is subtle, a near natural product
I enjoy adding a vegetable juice or a cherry juice to this beverage. Makes for a tasty drink. Sometimes I add a bit to plain water. I started drinking this due a medication in which I need more electrolytes, and a concern for low sodium.
