why can't we buy the Share Size??

They have one ounce bag they use a lot in the airplane about 100 calories I think and they have the large size which I buy and little over 3 ounces you can share this one there's a lot in it

I don't know but they are delicious; grandchildren love them.

Do these need to be refrigerated (before / or after opening)?

Not needing refrigeration before opening. After opening it depends on how much is left in bag. Refrigerate what remains, but rarely does any remain! Very difficult to Not eat the whole bag! They are very tasty.
