This is the only company I will buy from online. Their customer support is AMAZING and the quality of feeders they provide are the best. True to the size you order and they always pack extra in case some perishable on the trip- however very rarely do I get many dead ones. This past order didn’t fare well due to the East coast storms but the company was awesome and handled the situation perfectly.

Excellent customer service, handled questions quickly and fixed a small issue with the order. The roaches were very healthy and only 1 out of 200 was dead upon arrival. Probably the best quality bugs I have ordered. I did in a clutch order from another supplier (quicker shipping) however the bugs were smaller and did not live long at all. I will be remaining a loyal customer here from now on.

Had an issue with shipping and did not receive them in time. I reached out to the seller and they responded back to me within the day and gave me a couple options moving forward. They sent me more roaches and I have had no issues. Not a single one was dead.

Don’t know how they did it, but none dead on arrival. These dubia’s are all large+. Not what I was expecting, having ordered online from other sources and always expecting less yield and size than described.
