As a full-time rideshare driver, I spend long hours on the road, often with passengers in the car and sometimes no easy access to restrooms—especially on long-distance trips. The NorthShore GoSupreme protective underwear has been a total game-changer for me. These diapers are incredibly absorbent—they hold a surprising amount of urine and have never leaked on me. I’ve tested them during some of my longest rides, and I always feel dry, comfortable, and confident. The fit is secure yet discreet, and the material is soft and breathable, so I never feel like I’m wearing anything uncomfortable. The heavy-duty waistband and leg elastics make a big difference when I'm getting in and out of the car throughout the day. If you take long roadtrips like I do, or just need reliable protection for long periods of time, these are absolutely worth it. Five stars all the way!

Finally I have found briefs that do not leak for me, even if I wear them for an entire night and day. I have other products that I can use for short durations and when I can easily change. But when I need solid protection for a long time, and won't have an opportunity to change discretely, these are my go-to briefs. I tried a small quantity of the small first because that is what works best for me in other brands, but they were just a little too tight. So I switched to medium and they work great! I gave rated them four stars because they are a little too expensive for me to use every day, so for many days I use a less expensive and less effective brand. But when I need this level of protection it is worth the extra cost.

This product has worked much better than all the other leak protection underwear we have tried for our senior. He also likes this brand. It is the best overnight product we have used over the past several months. It is a little bulkier than some of the other overnight products, but there have been no complaints about the fit and he finds it is easier to put on and take off without ripping or tearing.

Leg holes too large/loose. Waist is too large. Recommend sizes are wrong. Product leaks and is worthless. Review addendum Customer service with NorthShore was very helpful. They are working on a refund for my purchase. I requested NorthShore please reevaluate their sizing information. A warning to potential customers. This product is larger than explained in the sizing instructions. Please purchase a size smaller than recommended by NorthShore.

Fit is great. Provides a thick pull on to soak up urine over a long period of time, helps especially at night without changing after one accident. Helps care giver not having to wake up patient multiple times during the night.
