The first answer is wrong. I have this headset and it is the best one I have had for PS4 yet.

are the ear cups replaceable?

While the ear cups are very comfortable, they are not replaceable.

Is the microphone noise canceling? Also do they make wireless version of this headset?

They have good noise cancelling, there’s no wireless option.

Are these an Over The Ear style or do they rest on the ear?

I bought mine about a month ago. They fit over the ear. They do not rest on the ear. Highly recommend!
