I've used Tailwind for many running & cycling endurance events, and it's simply the best fuelling solution I've come across. Easy to prepare, easy to consume, easy to digest. The flavours are pleasant, but not too strong. The stickpacks are particularly handy for long distance cycling - just empty one into a bidon, fill up with water, give it a shake and then drink little and often during the ride. Keep a couple in your pocket, and mix up a fresh bidon at water stop.

Tailwind has been my go to for refuelling during a long run. They provide the right amount of energy and electolytes that have kept me going for 100k+. Furthermore, these variety packs provided me with an opportunity to experiment with flavours in an economical and convenient way. One aspect that I find hard recently is that the powder compresses in the pack and when it comes to mixing it on the fly, it’s become increasingly difficult to pour into the bottles . It’s only recently so I’m wondering if it’s a bad batches, but it’s been annoying during the long runs to see some of the content end up on the floor rather than in the bottle. Minor gripe, but otherwise I will keep buying this.

Very impressed with these. Was a little sceptical but I definitely notice the difference on longer runs. I don’t like to eat before a morning run and if I plan to do more than 7 or 8 miles I find half of one of these drank before I set off gives me plenty of energy for the duration. Have taken on a 15 mile run taking little sips every now and then with great results, Re flavour. I’m a bit fussy so not necessarily to my liking but for the desired effects I’ll continue to use.

Recently purchased Tailwind after been recommended by a fellow runner. I've used various energy gels in the past on my long runs, some have been okay, but I personally find energy from them is depleted quickly, often sickly sweet, and they are not great on the stomach either. I've found tailwind to be more palatable, it does have a salty aftertaste, but it's not unpleasant. I have noticed I have more energy from taking tailwind, and it's not depleted quickly, I'm hydrated , this is due to the fact tailwind has to be mixed with water. What can I say, try it!

I used this for marathon training and on marathon day. The flavours are far nicer than other brands have I have used previously and they are easy to mix. It’s nice to have the option of caffeine and non caffeine depending on the time of the day and distance of the run etc. It initially appears expensive for what it is but it’s worth every penny!

I’d heard great things about Tailwind being natural and tasting so good, and it’s probably a matter of personal taste, but I’m afraid I tried one mouthful from one of these and spat it out. For other people who dislike cheaper electrolyte drinks (as I do), I’d advise buying one to try rather than a whole set of flavours to try. I gave the rest of this multi pack away, as I can’t even stomach the idea of trying the other flavours. I’ll stick to Ribena in my water, and electrolytes in solid savoury food forms.

Je m’entraînes pour mon premier ultra et je cherchais une produit pas trop sucré et qui est plutôt naturel. J'ai decide d'essayer le 7 stickpack pour tester les parfums. Ils ont tous un goût génial et léger, mais mon préféré est le "naked". Il y en a 3 avec caffeine qui augmente mon rythme cardiaque un petit peu donc je ne suis pas vraiment fan de ca pourtant les autres sont super. Ils sont faciles à mélanger et je trouve que je n'ai besoin d'aucun autre nutrition sur mes longues sorties de 2 à 3 heures. Le seul petit négatif est que le paquet est difficile à ouvrir sans ciseaux, mais sinon, je vais certainement acheter plus.

Realmente funciona. Los he usado en dos ultras de montaña y no he tenido pájaras con ellos, ni problemas estomacales. Muy contento con el producto.
