I was worried the functionality would be on par with cheaper hair dryers and multistylers I've used before, but it's appropriately more effective and innovative. Starting out, you scan a qr code, download the app, and answer a short survey to help it best assess your personal styling needs. There are easy to follow, walk through guides, so it's super easy to get started. And I was immediately able to get the look I was going for on my first attempt. The noise level isn't mute, but it's definitely not the loudest. And it's comfortable to hold (not too heavy) and super powerful! My hair dried so quickly and was notably frizz free. The curling accessories are easy to work too, and created a soft, natural look that lasted all day! It created a timer based on my hair type and goes through a cycle of spin, heat, and cold. I'm so impressed with how fast it is too. It's so convenient for when I have an early start to the day. And it's so versatile! Overall, I'm obsessed!
